    Worst experience of my stay in Turkey. Rude staff without any empathy for guests with family. Lack attitude to serve guests, sound more like money hungry and try to exploit situation. Didn’t provide us the promised breakfast as per their committed package on Agoda, lied to us that breakfast is closed because of Pandemic, pretty nonsensical logic as the same person was offering the breakfast if we pay for it.Dirty rooms, broken toilet accessories, broken and non functional room windows, there is no hot water in washing basin. Over all a pathetic place and service.I hope this review will save some families from being mislead in future.

    Very good experience staying there for 3 nights. Staff was amazingly kind, helpful and polite. Very good location, easy access to all tourist attraction. He also help me with all the things that i need such as HES code. Just ask them anything and they will recommend the best for you.

    The owner was very helpful with checkin, suggestions and transportation.Thedorm was however a little small and kind of minimal ventilation.Although location is very good as it was just 2 mi walk behind sultanahmet tram way and other sightseeings.

    Great hotel and hostel very close to the St. Sophia and the Blue Mosque! Very helpful and charming Mr. Mustafa at the reception. The hostel is very well connected to the Istanbul airport (the bus stop of the Havaist bus is about 5 minutes of walking distance from the hostel).     Stayed in the 4-bed female only room and it was lovely. Comfortable beds with a shared toilet inside the room (not a common toilet for the whole floor!) and the toilet is cleaned daily. Simple Turkish breakfast with a good spread (true to photo seen!) on the fourth floor. Cozy place for breakfast or late night chilling area. The staff are friendly and helpful, with the manager giving me a map upon arrival. The location is the winning point honestly, within walking distance to the famous attractions and transport options (Sultanahmet station 1 min away and the ferry docks 10-15 mins walk). I enjoyed my stay a lot! Some cons, though they weren't really an issue for me: thin walls, narrow stairs so I really don't recommend it for travellers with luggages larger than cabin sized or for travellers with many bags (also, the room may be too small to accommodate them!), slightly poor ventilation so clothes can't dry overnight.
