Location

This hotel is has an ideal location in the heart of Sultanahmet. Within 400 m of the Blue Mosque, the hotel is an ideal base for exploring the historic peninsula of the city with its many attractions including the Topkapi Palace, St Sophia and the Grand Bazaar. Other areas of the city, such as Taksim Square can easily be reached by public transport.

Facility

22 non-smoking rooms are located on 5 storeys and can be reached by lift. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and currency exchange service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Additional facilities include a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park. Other services include room service (for a fee), an alarm call service, a laundry service and a hotel shuttle bus. A fax machine is available for guests' business needs.

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Most units include a balcony with sea views, where guests can relax and linger a while.     I had the chance to stay twice in this hotel within a span of one week. Irfan, the receptionist has been exceptional in his service. He was ready to go an extra mile to help the customers. In my case when I was having difficulty calling home, he even lent his mobile. Other staff members are also excellent: the manager Hakan, Ali the all rounder and also the cleaning staff.The food could be improved!On the booking do not even think of booking from Airport. Although the clerk at the Sabiha Gokcen airport was a nice person they charged exorbitant amount!

    We, Irfan "my brother" and I, go back a long time. He has developed into a knowledgeable receptionist with a good heart, eager to help where possible. So don't hesitate to stay at Legend hotel! The hotel is located right in the old centre of Istanbul.

    The positive things about the hotel, or actually the Motel were friendly staff, clean room, good location. However, I was scammed and was charged $150 a night at the airport hotel reservation. I could have stayed at a much nicer hotel for the money had I booked on line. Learned my lesson. It is nice to be nice, but becareful when someone is extremley nice to you!!!!

    I give five star because All staff are very friendly. Specially Mr. Irfan and Hakan always give good guide and arrange my city tour trip in very reasonable price. From top roof city view is very good and hotel arrange breakfast on top roof. Hotel provide shuttle service for airport pick and drop that's also very helpful.

    Hotel Legend is very beautiful.Their receptions are helpful and friendly.I was there 2 months ago and ı had a good time.Also,hotel's view is very nice.The hotel is very clear.Someone who good expect should go to Hotel Legend.I love Hotel Legend...
