Everything was good and staff work very well but a downside was that they forget about small things like putting a dental kid in bathroom, or speak English properly or refill water for room. These things aside other things were good for a suit with that price.

it is %100 comfortable and very proper for families. the rooms are comfortable and spotly clean. Very hepful staff. Thank you team you are perfect. we have stayed 3 night with my family . The location is very central.

Great location and customer service. I got to book an apartment with 3 rooms & baths. It has a big hall and a small kitchen, big ref, dish washer and cloth machine. I enjoyedthe stay with the family. The only thing U need to push for the daily cleaning. Very close to Midan Taksim. Only a little hill U need to pass, but it is an easy way. فندق عائلي و قريب على تقسيم ، نظيف و به كل احتياجات الاسرة .. بعد فقط طلعة للذهاب الى تقسيم ولكنها ليست بالصعبة. بالقرب منه المطاعم و التموينات 👌👌👌👌

The worst experience

This hotel is in a bad location very noisy full of Young men who get drunk. Bad location for taxi pick up or drop off. Far away from market and tourist areas. Bathroom smell. Beds are very tiny and not comfortable.
