54 non-smoking rooms, including 2 single rooms, are located on 7 storeys and can be reached by lift. The reception desk is open round the clock.     We stayed here, I dont understand the reviews. Your not staying in a 7 star hotel. The staff were great, Firat especially made our stay very special. The breakfast and variety was exceptional and again the staff there were so polite and helpful with a smile every morning saying good morning. I will definitely book again.

    I booked a standard room in this hotel and I am currently staying here. The room is located on the 1st floor, and right in front of the window there is a large ventilation motor which makes a very loud noise. Because of this noise, it is impossible to stay comfortably in the room.I reported the issue to the reception, but they only offered me another room for an additional payment. This is unacceptable. The hotel is very bad and they have ruined our entire holiday.

    Extremely Disappointing Stay – Dishonest Staff, Poor Service, and Unsafe Conditions

    This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The problems began from the first day and just kept piling up.1. Dishonest airport transfer – I requested the price in advance, but they refused to tell me. The driver took a long, roundabout route, and we arrived close to midnight.2. Wrong Room AssignmentI booked a double-bed room but was given a twin room. When I requested the correct room type, they claimed the hotel was fully booked and asked me to wait until the next day. I reluctantly agreed.3. Ridiculous Room “Solution”The next day, they tried to "solve" the issue by pushing the twin beds together—even though a wall lamp was dangerously positioned right above the beds. Only after I refused several times did they miraculously find a double room. This made it clear to me that the staff were dishonest and simply unwilling to do their job properly.4. Unsafe conditions – The air conditioner was leaking water directly onto an electrical socket. I reported it, but the hotel staff did nothing.5. Extremely noisy – A tram line runs directly in front of the hotel and operates day and night. It was impossible to get proper rest.6. No hot water – On the second night, the hot water wasn’t working, and staff again claimed they could do nothing about it.7. Power outage – On the third night, the hotel lost power. No lights, no elevator, no air conditioning, not even running water. The staff still offered no solution or apology.8. Refund refused – After all these issues, I asked for compensation or a partial refund, and they completely refused.9. Taxi scam on departure – On the last day, they insisted on booking a taxi for me. It arrived late, nearly making me miss my flight. The fare was higher than they promised, and the driver denied any agreement.I rarely write reviews, but this stay was unacceptable. The hotel is unsafe, noisy, poorly managed, and the staff are dishonest and unhelpful. Strongly advise others to stay away.

    As adventureus people we arrived from Istanbul Airport by Havaist Bus and continues to Sircesi railway station tram stop by T1. Hotel is located next to the tramway, close to the important Hagya Sofia mosque, The Blue Mosque and Topikapi Palace. From Sirkeci station you could take a metro to the Asian site e.g. Uskudar as well as Tram 1 e.g. to Beoglu attractions. A lot of restaurant around. People at the hotel wer extremely helpfull and heartfull as well. Whatever you asked you got it in minutes. Our room was on the 5th floor with a view to inneryard. Walls are thin, if the wall neighbour will be talkative, you can hear. Otherwise the yard site was pieceful and you got good night sleep. Good bed.The Turkish type of breakfast was served downstairs.
