This hotel is located in the heart of the old city, Sirkeci, within walking distance of all the historic sites in the Sultanahmet area, the Eminönü ports, Sirkeci railway station, and both tram and bus stops. Attractions such as the Grand Bazaar, the Topkapi Palace, the Hagia Sophia Museum, and the Egyptian Market can all be reached in about 10-20 minutes. It is also not far to the business and shopping districts, while Atatürk airport lies approximately 20 minutes from the hotel.

Facility

117 rooms and 7 suites are located on 10 storeys and can be reached by 2 lifts. Guests are warmly welcomed by multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. Film lovers are sure to find just what they're looking for in the cinema's listings.     The building and rooms are amazing, quiet, peaceful, food is good, service is amazing. There were some problems with the wifi in Istanbul, so Arzu came to save the day and shared her own internet to me. God bless her soul. Incredible experience 🤝

    I was truly very satisfied with my stay at your hotel. From the breakfast and the rooms to the staff, everything was wonderful from the day I checked in until the day I checked out. Everyone was very kind and welcoming.I would especially like to thank Ms. zue and caagan who works in the morning shift. She is very special to me because her lovely laughter and warm attitude truly helped me a lot. 😉😚 my wife l feel very comfortable and valued. The recommendations she gave us was naturally nice, both about the hotel and outside the hotel, were genuinely very useful. I would like to sincerely thank her.Of course, we wissed the pool on the roof but will come soon again..

    Peak Turkish Hospitality and Amazing Experience

    First and foremost, I would like to personally give my gratitude towards the receptionists Ufuk and Arzu for their amazing hospitality ever since I arrived at the hotel. Hospitality: I arrived around 08:00 am, 6 hours before my check in which was at 02:00 pm and yet they had the utmost Turkish Hospitality, offered me to join the breakfast and Turkish Coffee. I did set my mind that my room would be ready at and I was okay with it, since I arrived way early. However they prepared my room at 9:30 am which was a very nice surprise.Room: The room was very clean and well arranged. It was a bit small but was very cozy. The bed was very comfortable, four sets of pillows (two soft - two medium firmness) and the housekeeping did a wonderful job with the cleaning as well. Staff: All the personnel were friendly and helpful. I listened and watched how the reception welcomed the visitors as I did sit in the lobby for some time at the lobby. They always sharing information and guiding them correctly. Very genuine and professional.Facilities: The hotel has a functioning Turkish Bath, Sauna, Spa Massage and a Pool which is at the basement floor. They were active at the time I was there and I did use them. Clean and relaxing. The hotel also has a terrace with a pool but due to the season and cold weather, that pool was empty, however, you can still go up to the terrace and watch the amazing view of Istanbul which is in the picture I have added.Services: The hotel does offer breakfast and menus with reasonable prices. I myself haven't tried the menus but the open buffet breakfast had all you need and the food was very fresh. And the hotel also offers tours for visitors and the prices are also reasonable for everybody, Turkish or other nationalities. Make sure to check the Bosporus Tour for day and consider getting full experience for night tour with amazing dinner, sight seeing and local culture dance/music shows.Location: The location of the hotel is very convenient as you are able to walk around everywhere. You can walk to the Misir Carsisi or Kapali Carsi (which are enclosed bazaars) and historical places such as Hagia Sophia or Topkapi Palce nearby. And the brige to the other side where Galata Tower is also open for pedestrians so you will get the full Istanbul experience.Overall, I highly recommend Orka Royal Hotel. After a tiring day of visiting historical places and wandering around Istanbul, it felt like a home away from home.

    The location and atmosphere is very good! Everyone in hotel was smiling and friendly. But I would like to express my special thanks to Mr. Ufuk and Ms. Arzu.Mr Ufuk welcomed us very nice he was very kind. He helped us not to feel like strangers in Istanbul, he gave us valuable advice that made our trip more memorable.
