  Convenient Mall Access

  Courtyard Seoul Times Square's connection to the mall was the highlight of my stay. Every night after exploring the city, I’d wander through the shops or grab a late-night snack before heading up to my room. Since it’s directly connected, rainy days weren't an issue at all.My room was on the 15th floor and super quiet. No street noise, no hallway chatter. Just peaceful sleep every night.The tech-forward features impressed me. When I requested toothpaste, a robot delivered it to my door in minutes. Felt very futuristic. I also noticed they’ve added USB-C ports right by the bed. Clearly, they’re listening to guest feedback.Fair warning though: the location is a bit outside the main tourist hubs. Getting to areas like Gangnam or Myeongdong means a longer subway ride. Also, navigating to the hotel entrance inside the mall can be a bit of a maze the first time. Keep an eye out for the signage!

  We chose this hotel for the location and also the price. It is easily walkable to the shopping mall also the train or the bus stations. The room was clean and the breakfast was good. I want to shout out to the chef at the egg station. He is very attentive and talkative. He greets every guest and cooks a really nice egg. I will recomend this hotel to all of my friend. Can't wait to come back again

  Disappointed for a Marriott brand

  Wonderful guest service at check in and room was outstanding. Friendly staff. Location is not great as a tourist, only a select number of tours pick up in that area, although others may find it perfect being attached to a shopping mall. Breakfast buffet offered a nice selection to appeal to varied international tastes. Two bad experiences in two nights at the restaurant marred what would have been an otherwise very nice stay at this hotel.   Stayed here for the 1st time from 3-7 Nov. Nice staff, always friendly and eager to help. For example, either asking for shops available in Times Square or getting their help to order at taxi, very seamless.Hotel is also linked to Times Square which is great. Hotel card has certain discounts for F&B which is also helpful.Lounge at the 15th also nice and quiet.

  Excellent Location, Spacious Rooms, and Warm Hospitality at Courtyard by Marriott Times Square Seoul

  Our recent stay at Courtyard by Marriott Times Square Seoul was a wonderful experience marked by excellent service, comfort, and convenience.Pros:We were warmly assisted by Bella Kim during our early check-in, and she went out of her way to accommodate our request for two adjacent rooms, which made our family trip much smoother. We also had lounge access, which added a touch of exclusivity to our stay.The room was impressively spacious — larger than many business hotels we’ve stayed in. We had twin beds, and I appreciated that the pillows were comfortably firm (not overly soft). The room amenities were thoughtfully designed. I was delighted to find a Chromecast, which I always look for in hotels, as it allowed us to stream Netflix, Spotify, Disney+, and YouTube seamlessly. Another standout feature was the in-room water dispenser — something you rarely find in most hotels — and it was incredibly convenient. Complimentary tea and coffee were also provided.The location is one of the hotel’s strongest points. It’s directly connected to Times Square Mall, which offers a wide variety of restaurants, cafés (including The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf), convenience stores, Olive Young, and other shops. The Yeongdeungpo subway station is nearby and accessible by a short walk and street crossing. The airport bus stop for arrivals is conveniently close as well.The bathroom was clean and well-equipped, featuring a bathtub, automated bidet, and essential toiletries such as soap, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. While shower caps, toothbrushes, and toothpaste are not provided by default, they can be requested for an additional charge.The Momo Café breakfast offered a decent variety — from Western dishes to Vietnamese pho and Korean selections — providing something for every taste. Above all, the staff were consistently friendly, polite, and approachable, making our stay even more enjoyable.Cons:Although our booking included lounge access, breakfast was not part of our room package, so it’s best to double-check your booking details to avoid confusion. Unfortunately, we also weren’t able to make full use of the lounge during our stay.There’s no swimming pool on the property. Additionally, the rooms don’t come with a bathroom scale, which some guests (like me) may look for — though you can weigh yourself at the gym instead.For those departing via Incheon Airport, note that the bus stop for departures is located across the street and a bit farther away, which can be challenging if you’re traveling with small children or multiple pieces of luggage.Overall Impression:Courtyard by Marriott Times Square Seoul combines modern comfort, great location, and warm hospitality in one seamless experience. The spacious rooms, thoughtful amenities, and helpful staff make it an excellent choice for families and travelers who value both convenience and quality. Despite minor limitations, our stay was highly enjoyable, and we would definitely consider returning on our next trip to Seoul.
