    Wonderful Stay at Ottoman Elegance Hotel!

    I had a fantastic experience at the Ottoman Elegance Hotel in Istanbul. The hotel is immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and truly lives up to its name in both style and atmosphere. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and well taken care of.A special mention goes to Islam at the reception – he was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional throughout my stay. He went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and was always ready to assist with a smile. His warm hospitality really stood out and made a big difference in my overall experience.If you’re looking for a comfortable, charming, and friendly place to stay in Istanbul, I highly recommend Ottoman Elegance Hotel. I will definitely be returning on my next visit!

    Friendly staff but I don't recommend it at all

    The staff was friendly and helpful nonetheless this is not supposed to be called a hotel. I opened the shower and to my surprise the water in the room of my brother above mine stopped. You can't find anything to drink and if you want something you have to go downstairs and bring it yourself. There isn't an elevator and you have to carry your bag on stairs. The area is very rural, very hard to walk to the touristic sights. People around the hotel speak only turkish. We changed the hotel immediately. A very bad experience. Not recommended at all.

    Very friendly staff, clean, nice breakfast with many options, walking distance from Hagia Sofia and Sultan Ahmet. Near small Hagia Sofia. Loved it. I booked a standard room and they upgraded it to the suite on the top it is very cosy and nice for a budget hotel. Staff speak english. No room service but you can go down to the kitchen and get free coffee or tea anytime. It feels as if you are in a family visit 😊

    Very nice comfortable stay, it feels like staying over at a relatives home and the beds are very comfortable, and the view is very nice from the top roomA nice choice for a great price and very pet friendly

    Thank you for perfect holiday. The staffs was very helpful,hotel was so clean and comfortable.Breakfast was good but not best.If youre looking for a good hotel with good price,dont look further than ottoman elegance.
