  I do not recommend Ottoman Luxury Hotel under any circumstances. We were a group of 9 people, including children, and had a confirmed reservation for one night. We arrived in the morning from Doha and left our luggage at the hotel without any issues. The staff assured us that everything was ready and we could check in later in the afternoon.However, when we returned around 4 PM to check in, we were suddenly told that there was a "problem with the rooms" and they could no longer accommodate us. After a long and exhausting flight, and traveling with children, we expected at least some effort to help us find a solution. Instead, the staff told us that we had to figure it out ourselves and completely abandoned any responsibility.We eventually found another hotel on our own, which was much more expensive and a 20-minute walk away. When we asked if they could at least call us a taxi at their expense, they refused and told us it was "not far" and that we should go by tram or on foot – despite the fact that we had children and luggage with us.This was an unacceptable level of service and professionalism. I have been traveling regularly for over 10 years and have never experienced anything like this. If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would.🛑 Avoid this hotel at all costs. It is unreliable, unprofessional, and if something goes wrong, you will be left completely on your own – even if you are traveling with children.

  Hotel Staff are Liars - Terrible experience

  Please do not stay at this hotel they are fraudsters, we had a terrible experience and looking at previous reviews so have others. We arrived at the hotel at were told the payment machine was not working and they will take payment using a payment machine of one of their other hotels. Once payment was taken they then said there was a problem with our allocated rooms as a guest had overstayed and we would need to be put up in one of their other hotels around the corner, We asked why this was not mentioned before taking payment and response was pretty much you wont find any other hotel. The other hotel we had to stay in the first night was terrible, access was via a restaurant and the rooms were dirty. Later that evening we went back to the ottoman hotel reception and found another couple sitting there who they had done the same with. The second night we were put up in the correct hotel, which was better that the first one but the beds are in very poor condition and the bathrooms dated, The hotel cleverly cancelled the booking on booking.com so I could not write a review there. If you do book at this hotel get to see the rooms prior to payment

  I booked this hotel because I saw the photos and liked the rooms and facility, but when we reached the hotel, it was an old rusty hotel, rooms are not clean sheets are not dirty! and the bathroom was old, and tiles are brooked! not to mention the entrance to the hotel looks really uncomfortable, but the reception is really good guy and helpful very much.i had to cancel the booking because there is no way i let my family stay the night there.i wish that they update the photos in the site or do renovation instead of scamming costumers with old photos.

  Why you shouldn't stay here:- They refuse credit card payment and are ready to throw you out at night if you don't pay cash upfront. ( The guy came knocking at my door at 11 pm asking me to pay in advance or leave!) Even though at the beginning they beg you not to book online and book directly with them instead.- They refuse to give a receipt ( either the receptionist is cheating his boss, or both are cheating the government and evading taxes).- They promise and keep promising that they'd fix things but they never do.- The receptionist is borderline sleazy harasser.- Fridge was not working.- Phone was not working.- The worst lighting I have ever encountered.- All the staff ( in fact they're only 2!) never wear a mask amidst a global pandemic!- When I made a reservation and paid for the first night they promised to give me a room on the 4th or 5th floor. I stressed that. I also stressed I need to use the safe in the room. And the room has to be extra clean. They failed to do any of that. I ended up on the second floor and it's as good as sleeping on the railways. They kept promising me every day that they'll move me to an upper floor, but every day they spin a different lie. The receptionist even created an imaginary "lady that cleaned everyday". There was no lady.I would never stay here again. I advise everyone to avoid at all cost. Especially solo female travelers.

  we stayed there for 3 nights so stuff was very attended and helpful so room is clean and big,,,,very good and rich breakfast great location nothing wrong I can say about thank you ottoman luxury hope to see you very soon high recommend ........
