  Do not book this hotell !

  This is not a hotell, more like hostel.The picture shows nice but it is 7 hotell in 1 and the rums are horrible. Se picture and the breakfast not god.The personal are nice, but the manager don't care of its visitors. I will not even recommend this to me enemy.The bed for 2 was broken, the bed for 1 was attached broken before. We booked 1 day before we arrived but the rooms weren't ready when we arrived next day and no breakfast .In the facility they right alots of thing included byt we didn't had noting included specialy the pool.All this things were in booking.comHope no body books this hotell.

  Im little bit shook by the reviews, coz I didnt really had that bad experience. I came for one night only, well i agree the check in was complicated n took time, lack of english on the reception. the rooms r not bad, it has folding kitchen smth new i hv seen, it was clean n like the bathroom as well. Its budget accommodation, but to countries n places i hv seen before is deffinitely in the middle for me, more to the better. next to the hotel u will find coffee shops, restaurants, grocery store

  A v ery bad experience to stay at Ottoman Suites

  I travelled a lot around the world and I can't believe that I did a big mistake to select such terrible and bad hotel in my home country. Let me share my bad experience so that other people won't get the same.Before I stayed at the hotel, I went to the hotel to check available room 2 days ago if it's worth to stay or not. When I entered to the hotel reception, I saw three different company reps at reception desk. One of them was Ottoman Suites company. Other 2 companies also provide rooms from the same building.I asked for a 2 rooms suit (1+1) to stay with my family (wife and my daughter). They showed me a single room with 2 beds. They said that they would provide a 1+1 suite for the date that I'll stay.I came to the hotel on 20th July with my family. The room that we got was a nightmare. In the room, there was no wardrobe, no hanger to hang any of the clothing, towels, etc. The bed sheet and towels had holes but clean. There was no hair dryer, no kettle nut provided two slippers and 3 tea bags!.It was a very bad experience that I won't stay in that area in such tricky hotel anymore.Internet was slow and had interruptions. Keep away of such hotels....

  The first problem you encounter is lack of English language knowledge at the "reception" as well as feeling that these people are not really working there. The state of the room was poor and not really clean, especially towels.

  In short - THIS HOTEL IS A SCAM. I pre-reserved my booking through booking.com. Mind you - I was on a flight that had a two-hour delay causing me to only arrive in Turkey at 12:30 AM. I rushed to the hotel (just 5 min by car) to check myself in. "There are no rooms left" is what I've been told. As I have a reservation it should have been okay. However, they gave away my reserved room to another person UNDER MY NAME. Upon checking Booking.com, it was stated that I was already checked in! I was shocked. They had never cancelled my reservation as "that would be better for our hotel" and I haven't received an email nor phone call from them. I was told that a room would be available at 4 am, which is funny as this hotel does not work on hourly basis. I guess due to bad weather and airplanes not leaving they took advantage of people looking for places to sleep that night. I had no choice but to wait, as there were no available hotels around and as I had an important meeting the day after (at this point I was extremely tired, they made me sit in the lobby). Funny thing, they requested me to pay FULL PRICE as "that is the price you have reserved for". Well thanks, I also remember having reserved for a WHOLE NIGHT to stay, but where is my room at 1 AM? I thought they were reasonable when offered 130 TL instead of 170 TL (6 EU difference), but when I could enter the room at 2 AM instead of 4, they asked me to pay 150 TL for "checking in early". This was crazy. I was too tired to argue and just went into my room. But hell wasn't over yet. Finally in the shower, they were knocking loudly on my door for I don't know what. Mind you, it was 2:30 AM at this point. When I opened nobody was there, no note left, no phone call made. The next morning I asked for an iron, was told to get it right away. 30 mins passed, still no iron and had to call again. Room was very dirty and sticky.
