    Great hotel in good location

    We loved staying here, the room is cosy and there is a nice balcony to look out. Reception and porters are really friendly and helpful. One things is there are three Beethoven hotels in the same area so it gets a little confusing but they are not too far from each other. Breakfast was great with a lovely selection of fresh food. Try the trilece cake, was so yummy! Rooms were lovely with fridge and complimentary water bottles. There was also a safe. The bathroom was nice and clean with also good toiletries. The cleaner was pretty thorough and i mean thorough, putting cables in drawers, moving our suitcases and hanging our coats up to clean! I am glad she cleaned properly but not sure how i feel about people touching my things. One thing which i was really not hppty about was the spa lady. She was extremely rude when we went to use the pool. We asked for towels and she said we have to use room ones when there were clearly some there so had to go back up to room to get them. I then asked about the jet into the pool and she said its off so i asked why and she just shrugged her shoulders. She was really not helpful, considering she was just sitting there on her phone the whole time and is the reason why i am giving 4/5, what is the point of having such a useless staff member? We chose this hotel for the pool and spa so this was disappointing for us. Otherwise we loved everything else and the spa lady was not a reflection of any of the other staff who were all lovely. The location of the hotel was great and the tram stop was not too far walk, about 4/5 mins. I believe it also possible to walk to main attractions in half an hour. I would visit again but if the spa lady acted the same I would complain this time.

    Great experience, big choice of breakfast. Comfortable rooms with the most amazing beds, with accommodating staff, helpful and very polite... nice and quiet on the tops floors away from the street. A great area to stay for shopping and sightseeing, quite central to the popular attractions.... trams, buses and taxis all very local and easy to obtain.

    Positive things : Good serviceStaff is niceModern decoration(the mirror has a tv inside it)Its a clean hotel Good locationNegative:The A/C has problems(the staff controls it)Our room was in the fifth floor (last floor)And beside our room the janitor was smoking and the smell got to our room and the sound of the sewage was coming from our bathroom continuously The hotel offered us a taxi to pick us up from the airport but when we arrived we didn’t find anyone and we spent an hour looking for it until he called us an hour later despite us telling him the exact time we would arrive

    Staff are so helpful. The rooms are very clean. Excellent location. I am a picky person and would definitely give this hotel a five starsOnce we arrived all staff were attentive to our needs and guided us to our rooms providing us with all the details a tourist would need

    It’s a small hotel, but nice and clean. It has some spa facilities, which we didnt try. wifi is fine. Also good breakfast buffet. And not least, Friendly staff. And walking distance to most attractions
