  Gem of a find. Value for money.

  I had a fantastic experience at this place. The hospitality was exceptional. Upon our arrival, we were warmly greeted with tea and then escorted to our room, which was impressively large, spacious, and impeccably clean.The location couldn't have been better – it's surrounded by excellent restaurants and shops, and the overall atmosphere is fantastic.

  I booked a room at this place. I emailed letting them know that my flight landed at 11.30 p.m. and that I would be arriving after midnight. They replied confirming this. On arrival they had let my room leaving me with out a place to stay, this in itself is bad enough. The fact that the guy on the reception thought that this was funny was absolutely disgusting. I was effectively left wandering around at 1.30 a.m. trying to find a place to stay. based on my experience and the attitude of the staff member I would strongly recommend that you avoid this place like the plague.

  Allways amazing !!!If you are in the european or asian land, this large city is full of flavours and nice people wich must be visit by everybody. There are more atractions that you must see, like, Grand Bazar, Spice Bazar, Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, etc.

  Ideal Ataturk Airport Stopover

  Cheap and very cheerful accommodation for those using Ataturk Airport. Reception is available 24 hours which is handy when flights are delayed. If you arrive whilst the metro is open the hotel is only 3 stops from the airport. There's plentiful taxis at the airport but try and print off a map and the full address of the hotel. All taxis have GPS but it's handy to let the taxi driver know that you know the hotel isn't too far. Return taxis to the airport are arranged immediately by reception. Rooms are clean,compact with decent facilities including a safe. Breakfast is traditional Turkish and plentiful.

  Dirty, noisy and smelly rooms - never again

  I stayed in this hotel in April 2018 for 1 night (luckily). This hotel is cheap because its rooms are very shabby and dirty. I was moved three times to find a room that I could spend the night, this was tiring and distressing. The breakfast looked poor quality and casually prepared, I went to a local café. The only positives are: staff are ok (some nice) and it's only 5 minutes walk from the metro station (Atakoy). I complained about my stay to the booking agent and listed the following issues:Room 1:- The bedside draw was filthy and unhygienic (see photo). - noisy corridor, doors/walls are very thin.- The toilet flush was defective, its button kept getting stuck and made endless loud noise of running water. This meant I had to call the receptionist to fix it every time I used the toilet. - The room was very shabby, dirty with strong smell of human sweat.Room 2:- was a smoking room, there was an ashtray on the bedside table (see photo). I booked a non smoking room and I specifically made a note in my booking.- The room's heating radiator could not be turned off because it was defective. This made the room very hot as the outside temperature was already warm. Staying in the room unbearable. Room 3:- The empty small fridge was dirty and extremely smelly. - The wardrobe had no rail (see photo).
