  Traumatizing Stay

  I had the most traumatic experience in my life! I was insulted by Cengiz the receptionist. I asked my friend to come with me to my room instead of waiting for me in the lobby. I wanted to put my shopping bags and take my medication. We passed Cengiz and we said hi to him. While waiting for the elevator he approached us and touch me from the back and start shouting at me. He kicked my friend out and start telling me that I am crazy and my friend will kill me. And I am just allowed to go to my room with my mother. Later he told me that I am a bad person and my friend will F*** me and I F*** him! I was in shock to hear him saying this to me. I told my mom what happened with me. We spent the last days scared and afraid to pass the reception. I wanted to change to another hotel in the same area but didn’t find any available hotel. For the cleanliness of the hotel is so poor! First they gave us an old dirty room. Then we moved to a new renovated room. There wasn’t a window frame in the toilet. The toilet seat wasn’t working properly.. it wasn’t absorbing the water.. They cleaned the room only 1 time during our 7 days stay! I will never recommend this place to anyone! I am traumatized now and will never go back to Istanbul. I was threatened by the receptionist. This is something serious! I wanted to write earlier but I waited until I calm down!

  Mind the wet floor

  Excellent location in a neighborhood packed with bars and restaurants at walking distance from Taksim square and the historic centre.The room itself is very basic but cheap. Barhroom is a disaster. Water from the shower poors on the toilet who is lying next to it. The drain didn't function very Well, so a moisty bath room most of the time. But the worst part: in 4 days not one cleaning service was offered. Conclusion: we we're in the right neighborhood, but the wrong hotel.

  Very dirty room and staff are no friendly at all Towels are very dirty. Wc not clean. Breakfast was very simple and not 3 star hotel. The hotel was not good at all. I suggest not going to this hotel............................................

  Nice hotel every thing is walk distance away. Bus, trains, taxi, shops, restrants are just nearby.. the stafe are very friendly . Not expensive hotel. I did have good time. Only the breakfast is ordenary

  The rooms are clean and the breakfast is ok but the staff are not friendly at all and are not flexible. But everywhere in Turkey the staff are rude and taxi drivers are thieves . So we didn't like the trip at all except Princess Island and Borsa.
