  Misleading Listing and Unhelpful Staff – Avoid This Place!

  A very disappointing experience. We booked through Booking.com, where the listing described the room as having six beds and clearly showed three separate bedrooms in the photos. When we arrived, there were only four beds and two bedrooms. When we pointed this out at the front desk, they initially denied it. Later, they asked us where we saw six beds, as the photos had suddenly disappeared from Booking.com. Luckily, we had taken screenshots of the listing before it was changed, but even after showing them the evidence, they still refused to help.The reception staff were not welcoming at all, and we had to argue just to be taken seriously. We asked to cancel the reservation since the room didn’t match what we had booked, but they refused and told us we could leave if we wanted, but with no refund.Breakfast was exactly the same every day, so it quickly became boring. The room was not clean, and one of the beds was literally being held up by a brick.The only positive aspect was the woman serving breakfast and the housekeeping staff—they were kind and helpful. Unfortunately, the reception staff and the manager were unprofessional and unhelpful.I would not recommend this place at all.

  My wife and me were in this hotel for four nights and everything was so good. The hotel is in the heart of the city and everything what is nice to see is so close .The room was clean, breakfast was excellent and staff so nice and friendly.I would like especially to mention receptionist Omrah who was there all the time and really helpful.We can’t wait to go again there

  Amazing hotel

  This hotel has exceeded my expectation. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect location for famous tourist spots such as Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, and etc. Mr. Jamal has been incredibly helpful with all our requests. He also assisted us with our other itineraries. One of the kindest people we met in Istanbul. More power to Paris Garden Hotel.

  Nest Hotel in Sultan Ahmet

  Paris Garden was the best hotel in Sultan Ahmet, Turkey. They have great staff and location. It is only 5-minute walk to Agia Sofia and Blue mosque. The price is very reasonable also. Mr. Jamal, the receptionist was very helpful and kind. He helped us a lot in so many ways. I will definitely come back to Paris Garden hotel and recommend it to my family and relatvies.

  Hotel Sultani is very well located, just steps from the Blue Mosque and Arista Bazaar, close to the Bosphorus promenade, restaurants, and shops.The rooms are extremelly pleasant, decorated in the coloutful Turkish tradition, spacious and very clean. We felt like home and had absolutelly yeverything needed for a few nights stay, including a mini-fridge, seating area, and a spotless, bright, bathroom with shower.Every morning, on the rooftop terrace, a home-made buffet breakfast was served, with the best coffee in town and a broad selection of meats, fruit, salads, and sweets. Ussualy, the owner's wife herself was assisting guests and preparing fried eggs to order. Evening night-cap was also on this terrace, armiring the Bosphorus lights after sunset. If the owner is taking his tea outside, in front of the hotel, and a guest is returning from his travels, expect an invitation to join in for a fresh glass and a chat.
