    Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was not satisfactory.The cleanliness of the rooms was below expectations, and it seemed that attention to detail was lacking.Breakfast was very limited and poor in quality, not matching the standards of a hotel in this category.The staff were unprofessional and sometimes inattentive.Overall, considering the price and expectations, I would not recommend this hotel.

    Clean rooms and friendly staff. Great value for the price, though don’t expect luxury. Location is convenient—just a short walk to buses and about 20 minutes to Taksim and Osmanbey metro—but the slope may be challenging for those with mobility issues. Breakfast is repetitive and basic. Overall, a good budget-friendly stay

    We were guests at this hotel for 6 days and we're quite satisfied with this place. The room was a bit small but quite comfortable and cozy, especially for a good night's sleep. The breakfast was OK and a bit repetitive. The location is ideal, with an easy access to public transportation and Taksim square. The only drawback is the fact that the hotel is located in a steep alley.     Pros1. The location is 20 mins. walk to Taksim Sq. (It has a steep slope to the main street)2. Break fast was quite okay for a budget hotel.3. It is a pretty cozy hotel with acceptable cleanliness, although it was cleaned every other day.Cons1. The receptionist was not friendly at all and somewhat mean.2. Dark rooms with no mirror and torn curtains.3. No facilities just a place to sleep at night.Overall, I would go to this hotel again since it is budget and a decent place to stay for sleeping.

    A fabulous week in couple. Perfect localisation in the city center but the street is still calm, really kind and effective staff. The room was large enough for us and well organised, we enjoyed having a little fridge. If I come back to Istanbul I will come back here for sure !
