    Parkhouse Hotel & Spa is right by Kadikoy Pier. 10 mins walk. Dont trust Google directions if you are coming from the Pier. Rooms are more or less what is shown on the website. The room with the Jacuzzi pic... pls note that is the delux room, and we were told gets booked months in advance. Breakfast is decent. Enjoyed the Eggs on request. The lady in the Kitchen was extremely polite and served us with a smile. The best part of the hotel is Zerrin in the reception. She is what made the experience a total delight. Very prompt in providing info before we arrived. Great with directions. Extremely helpful in pointing to some of the hidden gems of Kadikoy. Reservations to restaurants on a Saturday evening. Where to shop for Ceramics. She knows it all. Thank you Zerrin!

    Hotel has absolutely everything, but a little worn

    This was my first hotel on my 1st trip to Istanbul. It was super easy to get to, take the bus from the airport, walk a few blocks and you'll see the well lit sign on the corner telling you you're at the right place. It is a few blocks off 2 major streets, meaning a super short walk to the huge bus station, ferry terminal, fish market, shops, restaurants and so much more without the noise and traffic of a busier street. I booked a suite, which came with a jacuzzi and a balcony, robes, coffee, water bottles, wifi, a mini fridge and free breakfast downstairs. Absolutely everything I could want, I had. The hotel did show signs of wear - one very squeaky board in the hallway floor, one glass panel on the balcony cracked, etc. Nothing dirty, no problems operating anything, no danger, just signs of wear. But, as the location, amenities and price were fantastic, the staff were friendly, and we are after all, recovering from 2 years in which the tourist industry suffered dramatically so, it's perfectly reasonable. I only mention them so you know to expect them if you book a room here, and I recommend that you do and see all the amenities and helpful staff and great location you get in return. I spent 4 nights, enjoying the jacuzzi and the balcony, keeping water bottles cold for my many expeditions into the surrounding areas getting to know a little bit about this fascinating city. In minutes I could be on the ferry or in the market, and just as quickly back to home base to drop off my shopping and refresh.

    Great value hotel in an excellent locaiton

    I stayed at ParkHouse hotel for four nights in June 2022. The hotel is at a great location on the Anatolian side of Istanbul in the Kadikoy district. It is 5minutes walking distance to the ferry to the European side and close to many local restaurants. The room and bed was comfortable and the street noise was minimal. Check-in was quick thanks to Berrin and Zerrin. The breakfast was included. The restaurant supervisor, Ms.Saliha, offered several options including choices for eggs and omelettes. During my stay I also had the opportunity to meet and chat with the owner, Mr. Mustafa, who was very friendly, professional and truly passionate about providing high quality services. I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for value and an affordable hotel option with good service and a comfortable stay.

    Stay 4 nights in kadikoy from Apr 25 to 28, 2022. Parkhouse spa offers great value for cleanliness, good comfort, great healthy breakfast, wonderful staff and superb location. 6 mins walk from ferry and bus transfer to both airports. 7mins walk to kadikoy local market for great food and shopping. Lots of small cafes around and convenient shops. Easy to get to sultanameth areaNice Turkish bath at basement 2 and small adequate gym. Value for money overallAndrew sia

    Very friendly hotel...Very well located in the Asian side of Istanbul, the breakfast was OK, offer machine was hard to understand and the eggs were slightly under cooked.Rooms were a decent size, beds really comfy , room was clean and the staff couldn't do enough for you , spoke good English, organised our covid tests superbly.
