  We arrived at Patika Suites and were greeted by their representative Sasgen who showed us to a One bedroom apartment, as we were 4 People and after showing him our booking confirmation he showed us to the two bedroom apartment we had booked. This apartment had a single and a double bedroom so one of our party had to sleep on a sofa bed.When we spoke to the Manager Asli she said that someone would come and bring another bed the following day. This did not happen.Our apartment was advertised with a balcony but this was locked with a chain so no access was possible. Again Asli said this would be remedied, it was not. We then discovered that the fridge did not work and to top it all there was no hot water. We called Asli to get these matters attended to and she did come and managed to turn on the fridge. She had no key to open the balcony and could not turn on the boiler for hot water. She left and said she would return to fix these thing but that was the last we heard from her.To Summarise the apartment was not for four people. We spent 3 nights without hot water and two nights with no fridge and no access to the advertised balcony in 30 degree temperatures. I see Patika Suites generally gets good reviews, indeed, this was one reason I chose it, but in this instance the property and management left a lot to be desired and I cannot recommend either and will not be returning. I believe there is much better value to be had locally. bayerturizm, Manager at Patika Suites, responded to this review It seems you failed to mention that you got drunk and physically assaulted our staff during your stay.   This suite is really bad and all the photos are advertising and it is different from the same. It is very difficult to go from place to place and it is difficult because it is downhill. I do not suggest anything and nobody is accountable. bayerturizm, Owner at Patika Suites, responded to this review Despite your extreme efforts to write malicious and false things about our property because we refused to be threatened into a free upgrade, the fact that your words are incomprehensible and contradictory in and of itself, validate that your efforts failed.

  I had a great stay at this flat it looked exactly like on the pictures but even better. The neighborhood is very nice and the neighbors are also kind and attentive.   It is clean and cozy.Everything available inside for living. Nice view from terrace. Quiet neighborhood.   Bad location, good facility

  I hesitated a lot before writing this review as this place gave me mixed feelings. I give it 1 star for location, 5 stars for cleanliness, 4 stars for room facilities and 6 stars for friendliness.As a family we booked 2 bedroom apartment with transportation from airport, and nobody warned us that we must have strength to be able to reach the apartment every day.Miss Asla (very friendly and helpful building manager, and the only one speaking English there) sent us big car to pick us from the airport with our baggage, and she was waiting for us at the building entrance with a big smile and a person to take our bags upstairs, and boy was he in for a treat. As we planned a long vacation in Turkey, and we are family of 5, we had many bags and they gave us apartment on the 4th floor. With the thin cylindrical stairs of that building I thought the guy will never be able to get our bags up, but amazingly he did. Miss Asla paid for the bill-boy and the airport car until I exchange some money. She also helped us many times in finding places on google maps and explained the best way to reach places, and also kept our extra bags during our tour in Turkey, can't thank her enough.The apartment itself is very clean, has 2 average size bedrooms with wardrobes (but only 1 had an AC), a bathroom with funny smell, a small kitchenette with all facilities and small dining table, and a large reception with AC and 2 long sofas which all my children used as the bedroom was very hot in July. All home appliances available and working.Only problem is that the building is in the center of a hill, so to reach any place we have to either walk down a very steep street, or to walk further up a very steep street, just to take transportation. And when returning back at evening we climb (walk) again, or take taxi which is expensive even for short distance because it had to go around the block to reach the building in one way street. We usually took taxi back as we walked a lot during sight tours and my family tried to save strength to climb the stairs to the 4th floor.The good thing about this location is that there are a lot of restaurants and cafes if you go up, and you can continue up to the Istiqlal street. And if you go down from the building to the main street there is a small steak house amazingly delicious. Please be advised that the area is known for its hills and it is the small streets and hilly streets that make up the charm of the neighborhood. We do advise guests to research neighborhoods before they plan any trip.
