    Stayed here with my dad and brother for the champions league final, on the first night I fell over and hurt my face and Musa helped me a lot and gave me an ice pack. When room service was finished and we wanted food at 5am Musa ordered some food for us. He is one of the nicest people I have ever met. The hotel is very nice and clean, had no issues at all. Would recommend.

    The hotel is located close to the Bosphorus. Near galata tower, the trolley, the mall and the waterfront. So easy to get around. The people treated us like family and the room was clean and comfortable. They helped us with making calls to the airline with a missing luggage issue. Highly recommend. Lots of local shops, restaurants and bars around too. But the hotel is not in a busy street

    I read the reviews and don't agree. It was near the train and metro but it was very noisy at night. Room walls very thin you could hear everything that was going on in the other room. Breakfast very basic cheap Turkish (No Borek!!) . Overall didn't like the hotel at all. Have stayed in a lot of places in Turkey this was by far one of the worst. Rooms were not nice/shower old and horrible/staff helpful and nice. It was a small family run place but they can do much better and improve themselves. They offer no facilities. In general don't recommend it at all. Mattress had major problems (they changed it after 3 nights)- one room had a small cubicle like window only.

    Plus side- air conditioning works fine:)NEGATIVE:1. 3 star hotel at best. Old building and rooms desperately in need of refurbishment2. pictures on their site are far better than reality3. safe is not attached to anything so useless4. room needs maintenance - also cleanliness so so5. they dont give you a blanket in summer (even though we asked) so need otosleep under a dirty bedcover.6. no other facilites7. IMPORTANT- WIFI works but almost useless speed (2-3 mbps) so bring your own

    Perfect Hotel in Karakoy!

    Location of the hotel is great. It is only 2 mins by walking to all public transportation(ferry, bus, tram, tunnel). Rooms are really clean and the breakfast was yummy. Staff very attentive and helpful. Especially, Mr. Yasar was very kind and helpful. Thanks to all of them. See you next time!
