    Terrible experience – I do not recommend this hotel!Description:My stay at this hotel was a total disappointment. First off, the room was very different from what was advertised on their website – small, dirty and with old furniture. There were stains on the sheets and the floor didn't seem to have been cleaned well. But, the bathroom had a musty smell, and the shower didn't work properly.The staff was rude and unhelpful. Every time I approached them with a request or problem, it seemed like I was annoying them. The service was unacceptable for a hotel that claims to offer high customer standards.In addition, the room's air conditioner does not work, the noise of the air conditioner kept me awake at night, I swear to God Clearly, the whole time in this hotel was disastrous. Not worth it at any price, and will advise to avoid this place at all costs.

    There is dirty toilets, bad staff, the AC isn't working 😕 the room is smelling on cigarettes. The wardrobe is out of the wall 🧱. The wallpapers are wriped off. The staff didn't found us on the computer. The cable of the stationary phone is cut. The lamp in the bathroom has rust on it. And finally the outside of the AC is very dirty. I would say that this hotel is overpriced.

    The hotel was very old when we got into the room we saw that it was very dirty The sheets were very dirty the pillowcases also. we went to times in the reception and and told him about the dirtiness, and he didn’t even approach us The toilet was also dirty There was no hot water we slept five days without pillowcases and without the sheets. no one came to clean our room but we had two times people coming inside of our room by accident. It’s really messed up. I want to recommend coming here. It’s a waste of money.

    Despite the location and the friendly receptionist there is nothing else to like about this place , I understand that is a 3 star hotel but the minimum this place could have is cleanness and it was terribly dirty ,such an unpleasant experience 👎🏼 Would not recommend

    This was my second trip in this hotel.the location is very good , near to metro and istiklal street.the price is acceptable. But very unpleasant and not freindly stuff. When i arrived to hotel , the tour agency had reserved the rooms but had not paid the hotel fee yet. The recieption didnt hrlp znd with z very bad manner told we give your roons to somdbody else and you should go.it needed only 2 hours to pay and solve the problem.They didnt clean the rooms during 5 day I stayed there!Fixed breakfast without any change with bad quality cheese and sausage.
