  Basic and a long way out

  Very basic, had terrible trouble getting the door to open. In a residential area so lots of supermarkets.Stayed 2 nights. Reception staff nice but were not able to help much when the booking was wrong. Wanted a twin room and we got a double.

  Lovely reception area, very pleasant staff, easy check in. Bedrooms, dark, small and clean with tired furnishings, bathroom clean and small. Thread bare carpets on the stairs and landings. Has some parking and off street access for unloading etc. Breakfast okay.Stay again, possibly.Air con, yes and working.

  Very reasonably priced and located downtown (even if in a strange alley, barely visible from the street). Rooms are spacious and comfortable yet very antiquated in style. My shower worked well but drainage was poor and I risked to swamp the entire room. Staff is helpful and kind: after all you get something kore of what you pay

  Stayed in Leonardo for 3 nights. Hotel is well-located, clean and personnel is very friendly. Also good for business travellers. Proper hotel for 3 stars, breakfast was plentiful for Italy but too much sweet croissants.

  Stayed 2 nights as part of group tour.Rooms had modern decor,beds very firm so don't stay here if you like soft bed..Staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was good and limited hot and cold choices suited most people.Wifi good in some rooms bad in others.Has wheelchair accessable bathrooms but road outside bring dug up as part of MAJOR roadworks so access is difficult and wheelchair access impossible.Roadworks look like they will go on for some time
