    The best part of the hotel is their price and location. We were able to get to tourist destinations by tram to the Sultanahmet, Blue Mosque, Haiga Sophia, Topkapı Palace, Dolmabahce Palace etc. Our room key card for the room didn’t work twice however the staff were always helpful and attentive when required. The bathroom was having a musty smell, fortunately we brought along lavender essentials oil.

    What is there not to like. The hotel is perfectly situated to go around the old city. Walking distance from most places of interest. Great value for money. The staff and facilities are good. Definitely will stay there again.

    Polatdemir is a very nice quiet boutique hotel i stayed there for 5 nights! Very nice modern furnished rooms, clean, very friendly staff, breakfast is rich with different choices, very good price rate, very convenient area close to tramway station, you can reach grand bazar and Sultanahmet area using the tramway! I would definitely recommend this hotel and come back on my next visit!

    Very helpful honest staff (it is so pity I did not ask the name of man who met and saw of us, but he was so kind, helpful, help us with some matters, thank to him). I have never met so kindly and friendly staff before. We lived in family apartment 801. All toilet accessories were provided. Very clean rooms, tea and coffee are free of charge, mini bar is for exta payment. The breakfast was great, fresh vegetables and fruits. The hotel is situated near the wonderful Turkish sights. Next time when we come to Istanbul we will stay in this hotel.

    Perfect hotel for shopping in Laleli

    The hotel has bigger rooms than most. Not too expensive to have suite and space is great. Warm rooms and friendly helpful staff. Close to all tram station and to all the tourist attractions. Will stay there again. Had a room on 8th floor, nice and quiet.
