The hotel has 111 rooms, including a junior suite, a suite, 50 single rooms and 50 double rooms, which are located on 9 storeys and are reachable by lift. The friendly staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Services such as a baggage storage service and a safe ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park for a fee.     Lovely hotel. The staff are professional, friendly and very helpful. Bed was very comfortable with plentiful, good quality pillows. Great location for cruise ship embarkation, DIRECTLY across the street! Tram stop very close by. Restaurant on the roof is great, especially if you arrive later and need a meal but you're too tired to venture far. The view is wonderful, food was good and the service , excellent! Breakfast was included in our reservation and it was wonderful.     Excellent hotel across the road from Galata Port, Istanbul

    Booked on a cruise from the Galata Port, directly across the road from the Port Bosphorus Hotel, we found the hotel an excellent location. We stayed in a Deluxe room at the hotel, which totally met our needs, with a comfortable bed, air-conditioning and fast wifi. The hotel had a 24 hrs desk with excellent security, as a room key card was required to utilise the elevators. All staff were courteous and helpful, answering our inquiries in English including Ayça who was in reception and the dining / restaurant 'Seagull' on floor 9. We thoroughly enjoyed breakfast, with everyone catered for. Though we could have eaten out during the evenings during our 2 night stay, we enjoyed very good evening meals, with great service from Ali and Akyut. The hotel would be our 1st preference to stay in Istanbul, if returning as it was ideally located with a tram stop 250m's from the hotel.
