    A 100% incredible hotel by every possible parameter

    We stayed at the Premist Sultanahmet, and there is no other hotel where we will stay in Istanbul. You cannot beat the combination of marvelous price, location, friendly staff, wonderful breakfast that is included. The staff do absolutely everything they can to make sure that you are perfectly happy - one lady even brought a carton of juice she knew I liked to my room unexpectedly! The location is impossible to beat, and the price was better than a bad motel off the highway in Texas!! The cozy courtyard is perfect for both breakfast and socializing in the evening, the staff are all extremely nice, and when we wanted to go to the airport they had a taxicab for us in 5 minutes! In the future, we will go to all the restaurants around there for dinner, including the Four Seasons and Seafood Lounge on the roof, but we will only stay at this hotel. Please give them your business!

    I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The service was extremely poor and Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Service was awful. we waited far too long just to get our room, and the staff were unhelpful the entire stay. There was no proper AC, and when we complained, they refused to believe us. We had to carry our own luggage with no assistance. Our room was right by the street, noisy all night, like trying to sleep outside. Overall, very bad service and zero comfort. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

    The hotel is poorly managed, and the staff swipes the card to enter the room at will. If you are traveling with a woman, be careful when placing an order. This hotel is insincere, has no privacy, lies, and the hotel environment is also terrible. The room has a peculiar smell, and I feel a sore throat after sleeping for a night.

    The hotel was in a great location. We stayed in the attic room, not to be advised if you're very tall, but was fine for us. The bed was comfy the room was clean but the blinds let lots of light in. There's a mosque nearby so we were woken by the call for prayer around 6am every morning.Pleasant stay in a beautiful city

    Staff (esp. Murad) extra helpful and friendly. Good selection for breakfast . Cleaned and bedding, tea/coffee and toiletteries replaced daily. Decor is a bit dark and dreary but bedding fresh and comfy. Soundproofing not efficient (noises from other room). But perfect location super close to everything (sites and transport links) although uphill to sites.
