    They transfered us to another hotel far from the centre even we booked to the premist hotel and pay for that. Than they call us to their hotel after 2 nights, we dont that cause the lost us a lot of time transfering. So for us a very bad experience with this hotel.

    Best Location, at the heart of Taksim but quite, we were on 5th floor. Rooms a bit small but clean, staff very friendly and helpful, breakfast - just OK. It was my birthday, I would have been happy if they congratulate, But anyway still happy with this hotel for its Best Location :))

    The hotel's location is very attractive and clean. We had a very pleasant stay; the staff was very friendly and helpful.

    NOISE NOISE NOISE

    Room was decent and the bed very comfortable which is important when I talk about not being able to sleep for 3 days. Our room was facing the main road which has a nightclub directly opposite. After 3 days its perfect going to sleep at 8.07am every day because that is the time the noise actually stops. No idea why the hotel doesn't invest in triple glazed windows as even sleeping with ear plugs the noise in deafening. The clubs opposite closes at 4am..Then you have the garbage collections that lasts until 6am and then just general noise. Its bad really bad. I am going to leave a day earlier so I can get at least one night sleep before I continue my adventures.

    U did not recommend the hotel for you The only savage I have is the location rather than that they did not control smoking issue inside the rooms , the room service is not available after 4!! So if you request even shower gel in evening you will not get it unclear next morning There is no ventilation system working in bathroom nor smoothing detection so doubt remind it it fund another one in such area with much better facilities and service
