Worst hotel to stay in Istanbul taksim

We came at 2am in the hotel for check-in, initially it was informed that there is no booking, after showing the confirmation, room was shown which was small for us and they offered upgraded room with way high price and charged us 40 usd for 3nights, since we were tired we took and paid the amount. After reaching to the room, we found AC, TV, WC FLUSH SIDE TABLE DRAWER not working. Side table drawer was full of Ashes. NO HOT WATER as well, when. Complaint to the staff he said water is hot enough to take shower, which was not. When I complained to the Agoda agent, next day he call on my mobile number and threatening me and asking why did I complained to Agoda. One of the worst staff I ever dealt with. Lier and taking advantage of taking extra money from guest. No NO to this hotel. Beware with the staff and service

Replace the letter T in hotel with V, and you have the description of this place, a hovel. 3 of us booked 3 nights for the Champions League final. We were initially shown our room which we rejected. The toilet seat was totally broken, ie unusable, the shower head was in bits on the shower tray. A replacement room was offered with a functioning toilet seat and a working shower. No toilet paper was on show, but was provided after a major hassle. Since it was 3am we had to accept it. We were given 1 towel for 3 of us for 3 days. Extra towels were requested each morning, but never happened.This is an appalling place to stop, fortunately Manchester City won the champions league, our celebrations when we returned to our hovel allowed sleep to come easily. But dear reader, never, ever book into this place.

It was a shock to see the state of the rooms and service. Mold , holes in the wall. Walked into bathroom with urine stains and broken shower head. Even for the low price, this was really bad. The only positive is the central location. Service staff are not much bothered about cleanliness or customer service

The worst hotel I've ever seen!!!

I don't know where to start... I made a reservation for one week. I got checked in 5 hours after the 2 pm check-in time. The room was beyond disgusting from the horrendous smell of mould and tobacco to blood-stained sheets, towels and pillows, not to mention hair everywhere. The dirtiness continued to the bathroom. The bedroom was unlivable. I immediately complained to the manager who to my surprise agreed and didn't care. He did offer another room and as I entered the second room it was exactly the same. I asked for a refund from both the manager and Agoda but was unable to as it was a non-refundable booking. It was a disgrace that this hotel is even advertised or even allowed to accommodate guests. I was extremely disappointed and was forced to stay elsewhere as I probably would have caught a disease staying here!!!!

Please don’t ever book this hotel. The ceiling and walls are MOLDY, the mattresses are INFESTED BY BUGS!!! The toilet is DIRTY and SMELLY. Just thinking about the place is giving me the chills! and in an awful way, mind you. The SMELL OF CIGARETTES linger in the room, we have to spray some air freshener in the air because it’s too bad, it’s making us sick. The TRASH weren’t taken out before we used the room. They obviously don’t clean the place, it doesn’t even deserve 1 star. It’s the worst of the worst hotels I’ve ever been to. We didn’t even use the bed because the bugs kept creeping up every once in a while! The sheets and towels are full of bugs. I waited out the night sitting on a chair, watching out for the bugs, but shockingly, the bugs are even creeping on the floor. It’s horrible, it’s horrible! The hotel owner even asked for additional payment even after seeing our online reservation. The only great thing in this hotel is the wifi connection. That’s all. Anyways, Save yourself the trouble and skip this awful place.
