  Very friendly staff.Well locted,clean and walking distance from everywhere.Room was spacious and quiet.Bathroom clean and neat.Breakfast room small and options limmited but fair.wi use this hotel again.

  It’s 4 star hotel on the paper but a real 3 star hotel. It has spa and conference/meeting room, very compact, something between 3 and 4 star, very very noisy, it’s not rush but street noise is clearly heard in rooms and restaurant. Specially in midnight, you can’t have a relax sleep if you’re sensitive. A gas station is immediately next to hotel, bod choice but very nice staff, good location for metro (very very close) mc Donald and kfc and some other fast food and supermarket are located at same conjunction as hotel location. So all facilities together available in small scale, one thing, smoking smell in meeting room

  This is a peaceful location for the hotel. Room size is generous and everything is clean. Breakfast has a variety of foods, both local and international.However, if you have a sensitive nose, this is not a place for you. One side of the hotel is right above the petrol station. Another thing is that bathrooms don't have windows and the fans that extract the smell and the moisture are only switched on from the reception at certain times during the day. (apparently, they are too noisy)

  Chose this hotel in Uskudar due to the more reasonable price including use of a pool than hotels in Altunizade, although it was a little further into Uskudar than we wanted. Staff were very friendly and one gentleman in particular spoke very good English. They were all very helpful, always greeted us very well and always called us a taxi which came within 5 minutes. The room was nice and big even with the extra bed added for 4 persons and the bathroom also very nice. There were a few things that were not so great. We stayed there a full week and the breakfast was exactly the same every single day, after the third or fourth day you get bored of it, as nice as it was it was not varied from day to day which is our main criticism. The main waiter was also asleep standing up and constantly yawning even at 10am. The other issue was the aircon did not work properly on one side of the room and other side was freezing. Apart from the groundhog day breakfast, there were loud parties being held on the restaurant floor above us which booked for hen/henna nights at least 2 nights with loud music and drums beating. We had to go and complain at reception and ask 'ne zaman parti bitti?' (luckily we'd learnt some Turkish before we got there). The setting isn't in the nicest spot and quite ugly view of works going on opposite the hotel. Make sure you ask the taxi driver to turn into the lane after the Shell garage otherwise they drop you at the petrol pump and you have to walk around to the entrance which is around the side. A little bit of an odd setting plus with a few feet a noisy school opposite. All in all the lobby staff were very friendly and helpful and the rooms are really nice and spacious but the breakfast waiter and the scary miserable female pool attendant were not. We didn't eat at the restaurant but a 2 minute walk takes you into Burgurlu main area with lots of nice places to eat or have tea and dessert including a McDonald's opposite the hotel. Try Ozsaray for great Turkish food, the soups salad and service were wonderful and not bad price either.

  Stayed here for three nights. Hotel itself is small, and so are the rooms. But the rooms are clean and relatively well-appointed. The rainfall shower in the bathroom was fantastic. It's not exactly close to the touristy areas of the city, but the area does provide an easy way to get to know how actual locals live and eat in the city.
