    Excellent hotel. Superior room with pool view and balcony was spacious. Good check in experience. Excellent / premium service at the bar. Lovely views and high quality food at breakfast. I used the hair salon and the spa for a massage, both were first class. I also used the gym which is large and well equipped with modern machines / free weights. The only let down was evening dinner service. The menu was on an app only and the dinner staff didn’t make the ordering process clear. Once I did manage to order, the food was excellent, so it was more of a service problem, which was out of sync with the rest of the hotel. Overall highly recommend staying here.

    I stayed at the hotel between May 6–8 for a business trip and had a truly pleasant experience throughout my stay. The entire team was incredibly attentive, professional, and welcoming from the moment I arrived.I stayed in Room 078, and the housekeeping team did an amazing job every day. The room was always spotless, well-organized, and prepared with great care. Their attention to detail and dedication really stood out to me.I would also especially like to thank Ms. Havva at the reception desk. She was extremely friendly, warm, and helpful during my stay, always greeting me with a smile and assisting me whenever I needed anything. Her positive attitude made me feel genuinely welcomed.Overall, the hospitality and service quality exceeded my expectations.     Hotel Staff stormed into my room without permission!!! Extremely unprofessional. Terrible experience!!

    I traveled to Turkey for surgery, and my hotel stay was arranged through the hospital. One evening after my surgery, I went for dinner at the hotel restaurant. When leaving the dining area, I was asked for my room number, which I provided, and then returned to my room to sleep.Approximately 45 minutes later, a waiter and the duty manager (Mahmed) entered my room without permission and aggressively accused me of not paying for dinner. They let themselves into my private room while I was resting and refused to leave until I paid. This was shocking, intimidating, and completely unacceptable behavior. At no point was I approached to clarify the situation. Instead, staff chose to enter my room and confront me in an aggressive manner, treating me like a criminal.I explained that I did not personally make the booking and was unaware that dinner was not included, as everything had been arranged by the hospital. I paid immediately once informed, yet the staff continued to behave aggressively. Entering a guest’s room without permission over a payment misunderstanding is a serious breach of privacy, safety, and basic hospitality standards. This conduct is unacceptable, especially considering I was a post-surgery patient who needed rest and a safe and secure environment.In addition to this disturbing incident, the overall service and room conditions were very poor. The air conditioning was not working, the fridge was broken, and when I requested water through room service, I was told it would be delivered but it never arrived. I also requested room cleaning, but my room was not cleaned even once during my entire 4-night stay, which is completely unacceptable for any hotel and shows a clear lack of basic housekeeping standards.Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The lack of professionalism, poor communication, failure of basic facilities, and the serious violation of guest privacy made my stay extremely uncomfortable and distressing. I strongly advise others, especially medical patients traveling for treatment, to avoid this hotel. A hotel that allows staff to enter guest rooms without permission and intimidate guests over a payment misunderstanding raises serious concerns about safety, hygiene, and management standards.     Good location as an airport hotel, service is terrible, check in took nearly an hour, (never encountered worse staff in turkey), and sauna and hamam in my room weren’t working even after asking reception to turn it on. Was given a smoking room after requesting non smoking. Don’t suggest staying.     Best Radisson hotel I have ever been. Big and clean rooms.
