This hotel is ideally situated in the Beyazit district of the city at the heart of Istanbul’s old town. The Great Bazaar is just a few minutes from the hotel and many shopping and entertainment venues are to be found in the vicinity.

Facility

201 non-smoking rooms, including 11 single rooms, are located on 9 storeys and can be reached by 3 lifts. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and currency exchange service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. A number of shops, including a souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Parking facilities available to guests include a garage and a car park. Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and central heating. In most units, guests can enjoy a view of the sea from a balcony or terrace. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. A hairdryer, bathrobes and a telephone are available for daily use. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. Wheelchair-friendly rooms can be booked. The hotel has family rooms and smoking rooms.

Excellent swimming awaits guests at the indoor pool. Parasols are available to guests. The hot tub in the pool area promises pure relaxation. For those who wish to stay active while on holiday, the hotel offers golf. Sport and leisure facilities at the hotel include a gym and aerobics.     Check in staff pleasant and friendly. Checked in efficiently and found the room easily. Bit small perhaps but clean and comfortable. The WiFi worked well. Room was quiet. Breakfast offered a good selection of hot and cold foods and despite the time of year, we were able to eat outside on the terrace.     Excellent stay at the Radisson President

    Stayed with family for 4 nights on a holiday. The location is so convenient with the tram station & grand bazaar couple of mins walk away. Other main attractions are also walkable within 15 minutes or so. The hotel and rooms are very well maintained (though some elements could do well with a refurbishment). The staff is just excellent and extremely helpful & prompt. Couple of times we called up the reception to report some minor issues, they attended to it instantly even if it was late in the night. The breakfast spread is pretty good too. Will definitely stay again.     Disappointing Stay – Not Up to Radisson Standards

    I have stayed more than 60 nights at Radisson properties this year, so I am very familiar with the quality and comfort the brand usually provides. Unfortunately, this particular stay in president old town did not meet those expectations.The noise level in the room (505 - street side) was the biggest issue. The windows were not soundproof, and the street noise in the evening and at night made it impossible to get a good rest. For a hotel of this category, I would expect far better sound insulation.I also sent an email to the hotel on Friday, October 10th, to share my concerns during my stay, but I never received a reply, which was quite disappointing.In addition, the bathroom setup with a shower curtain is so outdated and below the standards I have experienced at other Radisson hotels.     Grrar location but the AC was not working in room.

    The location saved the vacation. The AC was not working. We explained it in reception and they would send someone to fix while we were out but it never happened. When you enter the room then you are met with a strange smell.Maybe it was the non working AC.The breakfast was really bad. I read the reviews that it was good but nothing tasted like the real thing. Croissant, cakes, danish, sausages...all tasted bad.All other stuff was okaaayy but I expected more from a Radisson hotel.The Terrace restaurant is over priced and we took the steak. Medium-wellWhen we got it was super thin and was just rubber.The spa and massage in the hotel is good.Don't waste money in the hotel restaurant. There are lots of good restaurants nearby. We smoked sheesha few places but the best one is really close by.
