If the hotel does not change its behaviour and attitude, their LICENSE MUST BE REVOKED AND THEY SHOULD BE BANNED FROM THE HOSPIT

This hotel provides some of the worst service that I have seen ever. One of the guests travelling with us is ridden in a wheelchair. The owner / manager of the hotel DID NOT ALLOW GUESTS TO VISIT HIM IN HIS ROOM. He finally conceded and allowed one visitor to spend no more than 5 minutes in the guests room. The guest is a European gentleman on his eighties and will go back having a bad opinion of Turkish hospitality, the administration of Istanbul municipality and the hotel licensing authority of the Turkish Republic. The owners and management of this hotel MUST BE PREVENTED FROM COMMIITTING SUCH A TRAVESTY REPEATEDLY

Very nice hotel. The little lift don't feel too much safe thouEverything else was perfect! Loved the decor,very nice and clean. They even let us choose the room,which had a big balcony with sea view,nice and friendly staff. Close to restaurant and Boshpor. Will 100% recommend

Terrible hotel. They ask us to give much more for the taxi to airport than it was necessary. They are thieves. small rooms!!sheets were dirty!! Breakfast everyday the same!! Never book this hotel honestly!!

Amazing Istambul!

Me and my boyfriend we stayed here in late november 2019 for 5 days.The hotel is in a very strategical position, close to Sultanhamet (where the blue mosque, santa sophia etc are) and to the most interesting sites in Instanbul.We have ben attended by a very kind and professional guy called Durmush :if you need informations just ask to him, he also borrowed us his Instanbul card which is necessary to travel on tram and it's also the best way to visit Istanbul.

The hotel seems to be well positioned if you don't know the location very well. Not recomended if traveled by car. There is just a paid parking near the hotel which can be full. By dsy, the are seems ok but, during the night, it turns into a less friendly looking. The are is very crowded, even in the night. Now, regarding the hotel. The hotel has new furniture, well equipped BUT, a very big BUT, do not choose the economy rooms. The economy rooms are very small. The deluxe rooms are ok. The price it is very good, though.The breakfast it is very good. Only 2 starts because or the very small room and because of the surroundings.
