    I stayed here on 2 occasions while having some dental work done. The Hotel itself is very nice, clean and tidy. Rooms are very clean, tidy and comfortable. The men and women working at the reception are nice and helpful and speak English which is brilliant. I was a little disappointed that there wasn't really anything to do in there. I didn't see a gym or any activities and the TV doesn't appear to have anything in English or even a setting to change the audio to English. Overall, nice hotel, the restaurant was nice and clean and the food we had there was very nice.     Ramada, listed is not the best for Americans

    This is true, I am currently at the Ramda and Amd not just the Starbucks, but the rooms are poorly managed by Maintenance.y shower does not drain properly and anyone that has experienced this knows, it's not ideal. The Starbucks is horrible here they dont know what to do and the machine more likely has not been cleaned. They do use a machine to make the majority of their hot beverages. I will add the majority of the staff tolartes Americans and would rather not deal with them. I would not stay at this location again.     Fantastic hotel, we were greeted helped with our luggage with a smile. All staff were welcoming. Can, who is the Bell Manager went out of his was to make us feel comfortable and showed us around the hotel. Would definitely recommend.     Very good hotel in the central location. The room is as very comfortable and has everything you need. The restaurant is 24 hours which is great. The breakfast menu was also amazing and the choice is excellent. The staff at reception were fantastic too and the manager Can is so helpful and friendly. I will definitely recommend this hotel and return again.     We recently stayed at the hotel for over a week, and we were incredibly impressed by the outstanding service provided by Selin, Fatima, Arda, and Kaan. From the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.Selin and Fatima were always welcoming and attentive, handling every request with professionalism and genuine kindness.
