    Extremely poor customer service from the receptionist, water issues in the room and. Management was unable to provide any help. Hotel is extremely overpriced and you can find a much better hotel in the same area cheaper!!

    we spent seven days in this wonderful hotel. The location is exceptional, allowing easy access to all historical emblems. The hotel staff is friendly and I would especially like to mention Mrs. Aynur in the restaurant. Because of her kindness and attitude towards guests, this hotel is really worth visiting. Her welcome and smile will surely make your stay in this wonderful city even more beautiful.

    We were offered early check in and breakfast upon arrival. Check in was easy and friendly. Close and easy walk to the tram. Despite the hotel's name, it was not that close to the Grand Bazaar. But still easy to get to.

    Ramada plaza location is very central the rooms are so nice and comfortable we had a 2 nights stay and enjoyed it so much highly recommend this hotel and we will use it again in the future
