    This hotel.did not meet our expectations. To begin wirh rhe only positive things was the good matress and the good service from Reception and the Front office manager. The rest were terrible! Terrible service at breakfast, dirty tables mediocre buffet one of the worst I have ever experienced really bad coffee and juice. No follow up from maintenance about fixing the fridge on the room. Garbage behind the fridge, air coming from window although closed wirh the curtain on. Bad coffee in the bar also. Expensive prices for drinks a glass of white wine 10 euro with medium quality. Water pressure very bad for shower and washing hands. Lights flickering in breakfast room 4 days without fixing them. Dirty and old fashioned gym, terace pool area closed. Needs urgent renovation! This is 3 star hotel

    The hotel rooms are inadequately sized for individuals traveling with international luggage. We have made multiple reservations due to our tour agent’s refusal to book and rectify the issue with the same hotel. Each time, we encountered distinct problems. During our second stay, the electricity in the room dripped, and the air conditioning unit, being centrally located, was not serviced. Consequently, we were forced to manage with the temperatures set by the hotel, and the bathroom sinks failed to drain promptly. Additionally, the showers were too small, and water overflow was a common occurrence. The breakfast quality is satisfactory.

    I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel and would not recommend it to anyone. The condition of the room was unacceptable, especially due to a serious safety hazard — there was an active leak from the washroom ceiling. This is not just an inconvenience but a clear risk that should have been addressed immediately.What made the situation worse was how management handled it. Initially, they acknowledged the issue and promised to compensate me with one free night for the inconvenience. However, at the end of my stay, they completely went back on their word and refused to honor the compensation they had offered.The lack of professionalism was shocking. The guest relations manager provided misleading information and did not follow through on commitments, which felt dishonest. On top of that, the hotel manager handled the situation poorly and showed no accountability or concern for guest safety or satisfaction.Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. Poor maintenance, broken promises, and unprofessional staff made this stay extremely frustrating. I strongly advise others to think twice before booking here.ESPECIAL MENTIONED TO THE GUEST RELATION MANAGER NAMED “EMIR “ he needs more training !

    Extremely poor hygiene, clogged shower, hair on the bed and very noisy location – a complete nightmare

    The experience was extremely disappointing. The bathroom was in very poor condition, with mold in the shower corners, deteriorated silicone, rust and visible dirt around the drain and shower area. The shower drain was clogged, causing water to accumulate and flood the shower area. The hygiene level was so bad that I had to shower wearing flip-flops because I felt extremely uncomfortable using the shower floor.The bed was also not clean. We found human hair on the mattress, which made the bed very uncomfortable and even caused itching. This raised serious concerns about the hygiene standards of the room.We complained to reception and a technician came to inspect the bathroom. We were told that they would move us to another room, but we waited the entire night and nothing happened. We ended up not sleeping at all while waiting for the promised room change. Early in the morning we decided to leave the hotel. Even though we did not stay the night, the hotel refused to refund the night we didn’t use.On top of that, the area around the hotel is extremely noisy at night, making it very difficult to rest. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had.
