  We stayed there in November 2025, paid for a regular room 90 euro. Bathroom was very small without any countertop you can put your things on. Room was clean and bed pretty comfortable. There was no menu or any code you can scan to order food to your room. Breakfast it was disappointment, it should be better for the price. Service was friendly. Location is good it is walking distance to Mall of Istanbul. We will not book this hotel again because we caught a man (cleaning person i guess) in our room while we were gone! We put a tag on our door to not enter and anyway someone opened our room without our presence and our knowledge! It is unacceptable!!!   Well done Ramada Encore, you smashed it!

  Lily and Stephen here from the UK. We arrived at the Ramada hotel for an eleven night stay whilst we underwent some dental work at AKSA Dental Clinic.On arrival we were greeted by lovely staff. Our initial room (313) was a tad small for us both (perfect for a solo traveller) considering that we also had two large suitcases. We met Irem after breakfast who did not hesitate to upgrade us to a more spacious room (310). She is super efficient, a happy, smiley female who did not hesitate to upgrade us. This was a quick two step process from one room to the other (almost next door). So it was with ease that we settled in. Our whole experience was super. We did not have one issue whatsoever. ALL of the hotel staff from management to our lovely young housekeeper were just great. Our room was spotless. Coffee/tea/kettle etc all provided along with a fridge with complimentary water provided daily.The restaurant food is excellent. The two lady chefs were so sweet to accommodate us with our 'numb' mouths, cooking soft omelettes and delicious soups!The spa area is spotless. We both took advantage of having full body massages that were heavenly. The masseuses where very respectful of our dignity, where they covered us as we turned etc. Bless their hearts.The gym is a good size but is sufficient just for a little workout. The location of the hotel is perfect for it is situated directly across from a huge shopping mall. There's many ATM machines for cash withdrawals there. However, be careful not to use the wrong one! 'Ziraat Bankasi" we found to be our best option. All in all? We would say ten out of ten as an honest score and we would definitely return to this hotel.   The staff, Managing Desk Manager, Irem; the restaurant staff all of them, but especially Hanifa and Yusuf and the housekeeper Nuray all made our stay so enjoyable! When we checked in, the room we were assigned felt a bit small to spend 11 days in and my husband is claustrophobic so we had our room upgraded. It made the trip so much more enjoyable, especially since we were here for medical dental reasons. We had breakfast every morning at the on-site restaurant and have to say that they do a terrific job. Although it is buffet style, the food choices changed daily (along with the staples of course) which was super nice! Who wants to eat the same thing for 11 days in a row? Everything was baked or cooked fresh on-site. Hanife and Yusuf learned our morning routines and always accomodated any special requests with a smile. Nuray was assigned to our floor for cleaning and she is so good! She had a pleasant nature and went out of her way to keep our room clean and tidy. We missed her greatly on her days off. She pays attention to detail and noticed that the prayer rug we had was very harsh. She brought us a new soft, plush rug without being asked. Just a gem! In terms of the hotel, it is a good location just across the street from the largest mall in Turkey, the Mall of İstanbul. This came in handy and there is a large food court there and many coffee shops. The hotel does need some updating of softer linens, new towels (some were really in bad shape). Also, the spa/turkish bath located within the hotel needs to be staffed with English speaking staff. I was unable to use the facilities due to huge language barrier and lack of internet connection to use Google Translate when down where they are located.   Comfortable, clean, modern, friendly staff!Breakfast was wonderful.We were welcomed very warmly and had a smooth check in.Easy to find the hotel and they offer free parking. There is a huge mall in walking distance for shopping.We will be back!!
