    I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, with everything needed for a relaxing stay.One of the highlights was the staff. Everyone was welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with recommendations or any requests. Their professionalism and friendliness made the experience even better.The hotel facilities were also well organized and maintained, and the overall atmosphere was calm and enjoyable. Everything was handled smoothly from check-in to check-out.The hotel definitely delivers on price-performance and fully justifies the value it offers. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again in the future.     Poor services at the reception - everything seem to be a big issue...

    The rooms are good check in at night was smooth. In the morning I asked 1 questin to the reception, "can I go eatlier to the Airport , hence I lost my ticket. I would appreciate if i can go @5pm, instead of 10pm, i need to alsodo everything calmly." when he answered me, he was agressive, no Madam, you need to take your 10pm shuttle. coz your time is at 10pm. i asked if the shuttle will be full, because I can go with the two gentlemen I came with. he shouted, Madam the shuttle goes to the other hotels as well, i asked if he knows how many people he's picking up in the other hotels, he said he doesn't know. then i said is it possible to ask the driver of the shuttle when he's here? because you are denying me to go in a 5pm shuttle and yet you dont know how many people will be in the shuttle or if its full or not. He was already very angry using his arms and all the body language,saying since you know everything and i know nothing ehy dont you go yourself and ask him whrn he's here. i said, thank you, i will fo that. and i told him i will write a complaint about his attitude. He hit a table with his fists very hard as im walking away to the elevator. i don't know if he is aware that he is hosting International people in this hotel. what are we gonna say about Turkey experience if it was bad from the beginning?🤔 receptionists shouldnt br like that, they are the face of the company. i was not expecting a yes to my questions, atleast the answer could've been, "lets find out later from the driver." then you are done with me... next customer please! but he rejecting without asking anything.now, I just spoke to the driver, and he said he's not allowed to take me, after he spoke to the receptionist, he came to take only 2 people, and the receptionist said there is no space for 11 am shuttle, i will be at the lobby I don't know until what time if he's rejecting drivers who come to him to ask what I am saying, because they cannot speak English.     Ufuk and Celal, in charge of the reception during my stay at the Ramada ENCORE Bayrampasa on saturday December 6th, were not only very fine in their elegant welcome but they provided me a particular attention and assistance to get full access to wifi and world connection on my labtop.     Great location, walking distance to metro station. nice and cozy hotel. staff is very helpful. breakfast is delicious with many varieties.     Terrible Reception Service, Not Worth the Stay

    A very disappointing experience at this hotel, especially with the reception staff. They were extremely rude and unpleasant. It’s clear that hospitality is not a priority here, and based on previous comments, it seems like this has been a recurring issue for some time. There doesn’t appear to be any effort from the management to address or improve the situation, which is unacceptable for a service-oriented industry.Why bother staying at this hotel when there are so many other options available at the same price, offering much better service and an overall more pleasant experience? Guests deserve to feel valued and respected, and unfortunately, that’s not what you’ll get here. A hotel stay should be stress-free and enjoyable, but the attitude of the reception staff completely overshadowed anything positive this place might have to offer.I strongly urge management to take guest feedback seriously and train their staff to meet basic hospitality standards. Until then, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. There are plenty of other options that provide better quality and service without making you feel unwelcome from the moment you arrive.
