Location

    We were very pleased with the hotel, everything was superlative, very good and varied breakfast, friendly staff, helped us whenever we needed it. Large, spacious, clean rooms. The cleaning staff comes daily to change the towels and tidy the room.The location of the hotel is very good, right next to the metro station with many shops around it.     Unbeatable location, but let down by comfort and noise

    The location of this hotel is fantastic—it is right in the middle of the shops (and the Lotus mall) and on top of the metro (Osmanbey). We also really appreciated the "no children" policy, which usually guarantees a quiet atmosphere.Unfortunately, there were a couple of issues. The mattress was extremely soft and lacked support (no springs), which left me with a painful back. The room design felt a bit outdated for the modern traveler; specifically, there were no accessible power sockets near the armchair, making it difficult to charge devices when using them, whilst relaxing.Noise was also a problem. The soundproofing is poor, so we heard police sirens constantly. Worse, the cleaning staff stood right outside our door coughing continuously for 30 minutes, which made it impossible to rest.Great location, but the comfort needs improvement.
