    The good bits. The location was good as close to Bakirköy station plus local cafés etc. Friendly reception staff. The bad bits. The room was an extremely small single room. No storage for clothing etc. Window boarded over. Very poor cleanliness especially corners of the room and the bathroom. The shower itself was fine but the entire bathroom floor flooded. So overall not a place I would recommend. Difficult to see how it gets 4* and over 4 out of 5 average scores wherever you check.

    Recently stayed here for 9 days . My room 204 was very clean and comfortable and I would stay here again no problem .The staff were all very kind and approachable and nothing was too much trouble if you needed to ask anything .The breakfast was typically continental but if you wanted something else they had a good menu .Regarding the area it is full of restaurants , coffee shops, shopping malls and individual shops .Thankyou to the staff once again for making my stay enjoyable 👌🏽.

    The receptionist is a decent guy who CAN speak english, he helped us a lot especially dealing with taxis instead of us. Good hygiene, rooms are decent with some age related marks. It’s a small family run hotel on a great location. The only thing is the uncontrollable AC unit, no matter what you press its locked and probably centrally operated. Good internet connection.

    Fantastic value for money hotel in Istanbul. Great location near Bakirkoy metro station. Close to local shopping malls & Bakirkoy Sahil parki overlooking Bosporus straight. Good local restaurants (not many on TripAdvisor - and found it difficult to add them due to no current location feature on TripAdvisor app). Staff & service excellent 👍

    Stay safe and be away from this "hotel"

    This was the most disgusting and disappointing booking I ever had in my life. I regret every minute I spent in this "hotel".They don't have the sense of cleanliness.After checking in I was shocked with level of dirty stuff in the room. I arrived in the evening after long flight and no way to look for another option. Everything in the room is off-white color including the towels and bedding. Not only that but also with disgusting stains from all colors. This forced me to sleep without bed cover and to keep my N95 face mask on.The room is very small and literally like a grove (2x2 m). The shower located above the toilet seat and you have to open your legs so you don't touch it while showering. The sink is full with dirt. This level of poor cleaning and disinfectant measures is unacceptable specially during this ongoing devastating epidemic, and this give answer on why we are not able to control yet.
