  I felt so comfortable in my room. Everything was going perfect. Emre, Emir, and Sevdi sure knew how to make my stay memorable. They did their best to make the impossible possible. I was always happy to see their friendly faces. Thank you for all your efforts it is highly appreciated. I will come back definitely.

  Okay Hotel, Has Some Issues

  Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. I'm going to break down our stay of 8 days and 7 nights into the following:Pros:- The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.- The location of the hotel is excellent. It's very close to Taxim Square. We would go on walks occasionally to explore the surrounding area.- The rooms are decent size although it all depends on your luck. Some rooms are very spacious while others not so much.- The breakfast was very good and it is on a terrace which is very nice. Cons:- When we arrived at the hotel, they told us that our reservation (4 twin rooms) was not available; it was fully booked. We tried to reason with the staff informing them that we had booked our hotel rooms two weeks prior through an agency but to no luck. In the end, they gave us 1 twin bedroom and 4 queen bedrooms. They also promised us that by the morning we would have the twin rooms available. And indeed by the morning they gave us the twin rooms and the problem was solved. Interestingly, when it was time to check-out, another group of travelers also seemed to have issues with their booking. So before you stay at this hotel, please confirm your booking and make sure that the rooms are available!- Another problem with this hotel is the elevators. I cannot emphasize this enough: the elevators are TINY! Maybe this is not uncommon with other hotels in the taxim area, but having a tiny elevator made our visit a bit challenging.- Another con, although this one is not that big of a deal: the shower. In order to use the shower, you have to hold down on a button. This becomes very annoying after a while so just keep that in mind.Note: If your are a muslim, make sure to ask the reception about the qibla direction because you will not find it in the room!TL;DR: Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Eresin Hotels Taxim & Premier. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay in the taxim area!

  Very Bad hotel / I recommend everyone to have not visit !!!!

  No draining and ventilation inside the toilet. !!Broken windows and curtains !!Someone open the room when we are inside !!aggressive reception guys !!Overall, 2 stars is enough for this hotel . !!Bad experience and i had and Do not visit please Eresin Hotels, Owner at Eresin Hotels Taxim Premier, responded to this review Dear hakem a,We are sorry to hear about your recent stay.   Great hotel

  The hotel is great, location is perfect next to taksim square, breakfast is served on the rooftop and has a good view of Istanbul, they change something everyday. Waiters are very helpful and detail oriented. Reception staff is very welcoming. They even offered me a super early check in free of charge. Overall I really recommend it.

  I stayed at the Eresin not knowing anything about the hotel but their reviews were great. Therefore i booked it. Check in was extremely efficient and easy. My whole stay was facilitated by the staff be it ordering taxis, booking tours and even giving discounts to their guests for those tours. Breakfast was the highlight of our stay which came with a breathtaking view. I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough. Rest assured and let them treat you well.
