Location

Located in the Sirkeci area of old Istanbul, the hotel is within easy walking distance of the major attractions of Sultanahmet and the ferry station at Sirkeci with services to the Asian side of the city. There are numerous restaurants, bars, clubs and shops within walking distance. Ataturk Airport is some 20 km away and Sabiha Gökçen International Airport is about 45 km from the establishment.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 12 single rooms and 24 double rooms located in a 5-storey main building and 2 auxiliary buildings. This hotel has a lift and a 24-hour reception desk. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. There are a number of shops as well. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional amenities include a newspaper stand and a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park for a fee.     I am from United Kingdom.I was visited 26th May to 31st May , I was found terrible one of hotel in Istanbul.1st day 26th May I arrived at 23:00 pm in hotel and i didn’t find any room was ready for accommodation, which i booked 2 months ago through booking.com . After paid , they could not arrange for me any room till 3am . I found lift is not working, AC is not working, room light is also not working . I also found, when I went to shower and water was leaking through shower door, I reported 3 times hotel management team but no one take any action. I cannot recommend any gust stay this hotel , it’s not value money . Also hotel breakfast is not health or not varieties . Everyday is same breakfast and breakfast time have 7 am to 11 pm but if you arrive 10am then half of dish not available even milk also not available .Also, they wrote down 10% off if we eat dinner and lunch but they didn’t give us. I reported about this hotel reception and they do not take any action .Also , I found hotel floor was few wooden and floor was broken.It is my bad experience last 5 days trip in this hotel. We showed all the available rooms, but we could not please you in any of them. We may definitely have shortcomings and mistakes, but it is not possible to be wrong in everything, some things may be due to reasons beyond our control. Even the SIM card has become a big problem for you. You always said that it is cheaper in England. Unfortunately, we do not have the chance to do anything about this. We are sharing the determined prices with you. Unfortunately, we could not arrange two rooms side by side on the first day because the hotel was full, but on the 2nd day, the arrangement was made as you wish. The night you arrived at the hotel, the elevator was broken. And the technical service was waited to arrive. You are completely right about this, but it was not something we had, you and everyone waited for the elevator to be built. Our other guests who stayed on the same dates as you did not have such complaints, the breakfast is different products every day and is always supplemented, it is provided immediately if you have special requests, our official responsible for breakfast If there wasn't a situation that happened to him, we would have found a solution immediately.     This hotel is in a great location and good value for money. Very friendly staff, excellent breakfast, clean and spacious rooms. Compares better then some 4star hotels. Recommend this hotel to anyone on a budget.

    No working lift, moist, tiny rooms

    Cons:(1) Shower is very small. So small you can barely stretch your arms. About 1.5 sqm!(2) Shower water leaks all over the tiny bath room. (3) Bathroom is tiny. Barely stretch your arms(4) Room is tiny. No space to put the luggage of a couple.(5) Bed is very hard.(6) Bed is too small for a couple(7) Very noisy - street noise and noise of other rooms. One can hear conversations.(8) Lift is not always functioning. Which means some poor hotel staff have to carry heavy luggage up and down the steps.(9) Location is terrible: it is so crowded that no taxi would want to take you to anywhere else such as Fatih. No Uber taxi would want to come. Better to chose another area in Istanbul to stay in and just make it a day trip to see the historial sites. The food and services are over priced and just poor. Poor food, poor sleep - a tourist trap!

    It is excellent hotel, the staff was very friendly and helpful, I wish to book there again if I visited Istanbul.You can do PCR there for travel.Rooms are small but tidy and cleanI recommend anyone to book it as I liked it very muchAnd if you are going to book room, choose the double one or city view

    For 4* is good the morning is good, is very clean first of all. The staff is the best, thank you for finding our passport. The waiter at the restaurant is the best. If you go in winter is highly recommended.
