    My stay at Regard Hotel was amazing from the moment I arrived. I walked into the lobby tired from traveling, and the staff immediately welcomed me with such genuine kindness that I felt like I’d been there before. Every person I met (Ayhan ,Bebet , Murat, Mehemet, Burak and all others)—from reception to housekeeping—treated me with real warmth and professionalism. They were always ready to help, whether I needed directions, recommendations, or even just a friendly chat after a long day. The room was spotless, comfortable, and quiet, giving me the perfect place to relax in the middle of busy Şişli. It wasn’t just a hotel stay—it felt like staying with people who truly care about your comfort.

    Very bad experience, it's like a 1star hotel . Very rude staff. We were 10 min late for our checkout . The reception told the housekeeping to go inside and pack our stuff and take it out of our room. They actually did that, thought do not disturb was put !! Reception guy claims this is normal and their right!

    we stayed in regard hotel for a week it was comfy and beautiful hotel delicious breakfast nice people specially the receptionist ismail and the helper mohemet the tall guy i wish to visit again!♥️ another thing the location of the hotel is great near taksim u can even walk to reachplease keep the hotel like this 😍

    Very bed and dirty hotel, too small rooms, breakfast not Continental, expensive if compared to the offer I suggest not choose this Hotel The position is not too good because is far away from the center

    this review in both English and عربيthey take 100$ insurance and it's hard to return it, the cleaner staff takes photos of the room so they take the 100$ insurance, while there isn't any damage, only kids' dust on the floor...Another thing, the safe box suddenly was not accepting our password, I think someone repeatedly tried to guess it...The manager is rude, she wasn't kind at all, she take the insurance 100$ all and ask for more...Another traveler also toked his 50$ from his insurance...Be careful ....يأخذون تأمينًا بقيمة 100 دولار ويصعب إعادته ، عمال ترتيب الغرف يلتقط صورًا للغرفة حتى يحصلوا على تأمين بقيمة 100 دولار ، بينما لا يوجد أي ضرر ، فقط بقايا طعام الأطفال على الأرض. .. شيء آخر ، الخزانة فجأة لم تقبل كلمة المرور الخاصة بنا ، أعتقد أن شخصًا ما حاول تخمينها مرارًا وتكرارًا. .. المدير فظ ، لم تكن لطيفة على الإطلاق ، لقد أخذت التأمين 100 دولار وتطلب المزيد. .. قام مسافر آخر أيضًا بتحصيل 50 دولارًا من تأمينه. .. كن حذرا
