    Good location, daily cleaning and good reception service . Hated the shower.Really poor and tasteless breakfast. Few options, most options are of local cuisine. No pastries,no butter,awful coffee .

    The hotel personel don't pay any attention to the clients. Nobody knows who is responsible for anything. Everyone is a self government there. Especially miss Dilara is almost a liar. The rooms are small and housekeeping is terrific. We cannot even eat our breakfast as it was not eatable.

    During my quite lengthy stay at Regno hotel (about six weeks in total), I was impressed with overall friendly staff, impeccable tidiniess and prompt service, and the management 's extra efforts at making my experience a pleasant one. I arrived on New Year's Eve and was cordially invited to the cute reception at the hotel restaurant - compliments of the hotel for the regulars. Room cleaning service is great, by the time I finished my breakfast, the place was tidied up, new bedlinens spread almost daily, my personal cups and plates washed and placed neatly. Slippers were left on the shelf daily. Complimentary water bottles, coffee and tea packs on a daily basis, delivered by a polite hotel assistant, who showed up with a lovely picnic basket. Tea and coffee are cordially offered in the lobby for lounging guests. My special thanks to the delightful and sweet receptionist Dilara, who is multilingual (speaks Russian, Turkmen and English), helpful and courteous to the fault. The manager attended to every minor issue and personally took care that my requests were carried out. I left the hotel with a lasting impression of their hospitality and professionalism.

    Very pleasant stay, especially Izzet was a best host. He accommodated us in best room. Breakfast is 5 star, Location can’t be better, everything around. Osmanbey 5-7 min walk and sisli also nearby. Cevahir mall 10 min walk. Food shopping and accessibility to historic places is easy from here. Only downside was weak signals of WiFi.

    It was a good place.I enjoyed breakfast, It was perfectly complete. attention, There were no slippers. Just a bit from the city center. Right in the middle of two metro stations. Of course, it was closer to the bus stop.
