    Very bad experience as the apartememt is in a building not well maintained and of poor qualityIn addition the description and the photos are misleading as they refer to a simple seat as a sofa bed and photos doesn’t belong necessarlybto the apartemet you are bookingOn august 13tj the heating system is Working !The seat that serves as a bed is terribly dirty and instead of the terrace showed in the pictures we found a mini balcony served by security stairs Internet connection of very poor quality

    Made a reservation two months ago via Hotels.com. Payment was posted from my debit card for the whole amount of the reservation. When I arrived they were fully booked and had no record of my reservation. Management needs improvement.Now I am in the process of finding a place during peak tourist season AND getting a refund. They shouldn't have web presence of they don't monitor reservations made there.

    It was year ago that I've stayed at this hotel but I will give my review for interested people anyway.I stayed there with my mama, we took the penthouse, the view was just WOW WOW WOW! A panoramic view of the city it was just fantastic! Staff was really polite, kind and very very helpful and they can speak English.Location is great, close to everything, all all kinds of transportation, it is easy to reach anywhere from that spot. As most Istanbul areas, the hotel is situated on an uphill, it was fine for me but exhausting for mama, to be honest it is a bit hard but you can always take taxi. The area is fantastic, very interesting, safe full of shops, nice breakfast restaurant near by if you don't want to have breakfast at the hotel. it was clean, we didn't complain. Room maybe was a bit old and so but I think it is a boutique hotel so.. All in all I recommend this hotel, it is nice with great location.

    The rooms are really comfortable, big and spacious. Everything is clean, the kitchenette is useful. The area is very nice, with lots of cafes and restaurants. The staff is great, always trying to help the guests to have the best stay.

    This may seem a bit odd - to give a great review for a place I didn't stay.....but that is what I want to do.I arrived in Instanbul with this as my destination, only to be turned round at the airport. I was beside myself and desperate to negotiate a cancellation. The guy here was so good. He tolerated a frantic call from the airport and agreed to charge me only a fraction of what he could have.I am very grateful and hope to be able to stay sometime!
