  the worst hotel ever

  it was a very unpleasant experience, we started by being attended to by someone who didn't know how to speak English, then we got to the room and it was dirty under the bed and the bathroom there was hair on the floor, the towels were dirty, then the hotel was under construction and therefore noise and disarray everywhere. We weren't able to have breakfast even though it was paid for, because the food was miserable and the cleaning conditions were terrible, we couldn't make it and so we paid for breakfast every day outside. The courtyard where the windows faced was filthy. And The internet didn't work. And as if all this wasn't enough, a mouse appeared in our room.

  Reydel hotel means = Dirty beds, disgusting breakfast, rude staff and defective TV &Air condition !

  This hotel made a terrible holiday for me!Breakfast and kitchen seems completely dirty,even the staffs.Air conditioning wasn’t working properly and i was asking 10 times for 2 days to fix it.Television wasn’t working and i was so disappointed that i didn’t ask them for fixing!You should use stairs for 4 floor but it is not the main problem,the main problem is rude staff there.Beds??! i dont think they even clean them in a month.Price is low and If you just need a place to sleep in night maybe it is good choice for you if you got a chance and they clean the beds!If you don’t leave the hotel in the day you will find the place very uncomfortable!

  The only thing which is good is location, it is situated in a awuful street but have a good access to town, the room have tea maker but tea bag and suger and water was not found in room!!The fridge was not work and there was not elevator! You should cary your suitcase to your room with stairs.The breakfast variety was low and only eggs can be found as hot food!!!

  Be careful when booking Reydel hotel

  The photos do not reflect the rooms in the hotel, they are much nicer.But the biggest problem we have experienced with the hotel is that we booked the ground floor rooms as hotel does not have lifts and we are not young. But when we arrived we have been told that ground floor rooms are not available. As it was late we agree for the 5 floor. It was not easy to carry our heavy luggage. But the biggest problem was smoking in reception. Constantly - non stop. We could not breath as it was awful. Hotel manager was sitting all day in reception and smoke non stop. The receptionist was the same. Above them was the sign "No Smoking - fine". Think about booking this hotel!

  would you like it? actually it depend on your personality and purpose of travelling. if you are a back-packer, hitch hiker or a multi- destination traveler you would like it. if you only want a place to sleep at nights and spend your whole day sight seeing and discovering the city, this hotel will be a perfect choice, with an excellent approach to the old city, Metro,Bus station and tramway you would save a large amount of money.But if you want to enjoy more luxurious hotel services it won't be a wise choice at all.
