    DONT REPEAT MY MISTAKE, DO NOT STAY HEREThis hotel is the ONLY REASON I HATED ISTANBUL. THE WALLS ARE THINNER THAN PAPER. FROM MY ROOM, I CAN HEAR OTHER ROOM PEOPLE TALKING (in normal tone, they are not shouting). Also I heard the TV, and I CAN EVEN HEAR FROM OTHER ROOMS WHEN WE ARE BOTH IN THE BATHROOM.After several discussions on my morning, the "night manager" (NOMBRE ) offered to compensate us with a free airport shuttle. The moment he finished his shift, he sent me a message mentioning that they can not arrange the shuttle and blocked me. This generated me more logistics problems, completely ruining my stay at the city. (screenshot attached) And, for worst, NONE OF HIS CO WORKERS were able to assume the responsability NOR MANAGED TO FIX ANY OF THE SITUATIONS.Personnel of the hotel lacks of profesionalism and the behave disrespectfully. Specially SAYEED MANSOOR SADATIf you are coming on vacatios, know that Istambul is magic but really energy demanding. If you want to keep it that way (magic) and be able to enjoy it. DO NOT STAY HERE

    Reyyan Hotel was a fantastic choice for us - very clean rooms and comfortable beds. It is in a good location and very close to places to visit and lovely places to eat around it. Also it's location meant it was very safe to come back to late at night. Samim was incredibly lovely and helped us whilst there. Would definitely recommend and come back to this hotel

    I booked Reyyan hotel for 4 nights. After booking I noticed I made a mistake and booked for the wrong month. The reservation was made without the option to cancel. I contacted the hotel by whatsapp and told them about my mistake. They refunded me half of the amount I spent! I think this was really fair and honest of them and I will definitely visit Reyyan hotel next time I visit Istanbul.

    Exemplary cleanliness, impeccable linen, comfortable bed, very attentive staff with customers. Parvin, the hotel manager, was very friendly, helped us with information and tips&tricks. We found an excellent host, we left with an extra friend.The location of the hotel is very convenient for city trip, 5 -7 minutes walk from the Blue Mosque, St Sofia and Topkapi Palace.The Grand Bazaar can be reached in max 10 minutes walking.

    I am writing this review to express my dissatisfaction with the poor standard of service that I received. My booking was cancelled just 2 days before my business trip.I booked a room in this hotel a week before my flight and the hotel confirmed my booking via email and provided me with confirmation number and pin-code. Furthermore, just 2 days before my trip, I received an email that my booking was unilaterally cancelled due to some problems with my credit card and the hotel did not request another credit card details. Moreover, while the hotel has a pay on the spot option which I chose, they have decided to check my credit card only a few days before my arrival.I am totally dissatisfied and confused with such inept service from this hotel and I will recommend avoiding this hotel if you plan any business trips.
