    Needs update the room which it s outdated, breakfast was ok. The coffee wasn’t best. The location was good and cheap to stay.     The hotel location is beautiful and the rooms are clean. The food is good and delicious, but the reception staff did not smile at the residents and I was exposed to racism because I do not understand the Turkish language, but I understood that they were talking badly about me thanks to Google Translate.     Worst stay thanks to Mr. Sercan Serin the front office manager

    The worst hotel stay I have ever witnessed. There was a water leakage in the room at 1:00 am. I went to the front office Manager, His name is Sercan Serin. He was very rude and unapolegetic for the fact that my room was filled with water everywhere. I asked for an upgrade due to this unfortunate incident that I had to witness at 1:00 am and he informed me that this kind of incidents happen all the time and that he won't offer any upgrades. When I told him that this is not a professional reply from a Front Office manager, he replied in a very rude and careless way that I can simply leave and find another hotel.
