    What a lovely hotel and amazing service! Perfectly located for everything you need, would definitely recommend. Bit disappointed there wasn't a pool though, as it was definitely implied that there was one

    We used to be repeating guests but no more. During our last visit we were rented a room for 3 nights with no AC and had to endure night temps of 27degrees. Bit the duty and hotel managers promised they fixed the AC on separate nights and both mislead us without the courtesy to follow up. I notice now that there is a history of this problem in previous reviews. This is not a 5 star and should not be on the Accor list of offerings. Waste of money and valuable leave. Never again.     Stopped in this hotel for the Europa league final. Hotel is really nice and the staff are excellent. Could not have had a nicer stay. Would defo stay again.     Location excellent to visit Istanbul as a tourist. Atmosphere inside hotel was really comfortable and we felt as we special guest. Thanks to guest relation Lale, she helped with our booking and always were near to ask if we need smth. Big thanks to Zarina and all kitchen team on breakfast, also to Gokhan Tan for always positive mood and polite and ready to give advice about locations in Istanbul and other. Our room was clean and comfortable, we had all that we need. We also used gym and we like it! Already miss all the lean and hotel and want to come back!!!     Ok and wouldn’t stay again

    Expected more from this hotel. Booked two rooms together for my family and I but they put one on 7th floor and the other on 4th. This was annoying as is, however, it’s the way they handled it which frustrated me most. Completely unbothered, no offer of a welcome tea or offer to discuss alternatives etc just straight up “nothing I can do”Also breakfast is very expensive for what is just a buffet, wouldn’t bother paying for it as there are loads of independent bakeries nearby. The street that hotel is on has 4-5 other hotels which are more contemporary and cheaper.
