  Horrible hotel

  Lived four nights in September 2025. There are very few reviews on the Island, so I'll add mine. The hotel is really terrible, we've tried to encourage ourselves in every way we can, but there's almost no upside. Location: be prepared, even though it is an old town area, and as if near the subway, but the area is poor and dirty. It's generally not tense, Sultanahmet is 30 minutes by foot. But there's shops, noise. It's like an unloading point under the windows, cars park all the time. In general, it's noisy, seagulls yelling, people swearing, people smoking, people unloading goods.A small bathroom, nowhere to put shampoos, etc. It turned out that it was critical because you stand and don't understand the toli in your hands, the toli on the floor, the sink is tiny, and kind of used to being put on it, but there is really no room, everything will be on the floor. And the sideboards themselves are inclined, and that's why it's all rolling down.Room: as if ok for such hotels, bed is normal. but 1 closet and poof, and things were in the suitcase all the time, either on the poof, which is both a table and a chair and a closetFood: Breakfast in a windowless basement room, so do not count on the views. For the first breakfast, we discovered that the buffet they have in their photo is not available. We're lost. They realized we were alone at the hotel right now, and they just didn't lay out the line. Carried out in a plate: 2 pieces of watermelon, bread, margarine, jam, weird windsausage, weird cheese, 3 olives (one with mold), lettuce leaf, boiled egg, piece of bisque. More confused. You could eat watermelon and boiled egg and bread out of everything. Then they took out eggs one for two. It was the same the next breakfast, they asked for at least two eggs. The staff are Hindus, some English. No service from them, lazy walking around a hotel that doesn't have guests.The admin was the only one who spoke Russian - Salim, here he was the only ray of light, because you could clarify everything.One day the power just went out, they said they could fix it in 10 minutes, but of course they didn't.   I stayed with my wife for 13 days in the second half of November. The renovations at the hotel have been very nice, especially the harmony, respect and effort of all the staff from the chef surprised us. All employees are struggling to please their guests. The meals are delicious and varied, the rooms are clean and well-maintained, the room prices are reasonable, I really recommend it to those who want to relax and make the holiday. We would like to thank you all and hope to see you again soon.

  the hotel got reinovated and now its amazingly nice.For work ım going to İstanbul ı stayed there for 2 nights and now ım going to stay there´the hotel is very quiet and the employee arevery generous and espacially thanks to Nazrin

  The reception gave us room in another building side of main building, Location is close to Yenikapi metro ( direct from Ataturk airport ) , And 7 minute walking to ido ( Boat ) station , and 10 minuets walking from Aksaray , Room was super noisy , very small bathroom , no any water in minibar , But room is clean , wifi signal very poor , Price for triple room is good and location its easy access to boat and metro and city center .
