    Very disappointed and in no way more than a 2 star hotel.

    We booked this hotel through Hotels.com as their partner usually has a high standard.Unfortunately this is not the case here. We checked in yesterday (March 19, 2026) and are checking out after 4 days (March 23, 2026).We arrive at a room that looks "robbed" from all accessories and amenities. As basic as napkins in the room do not exist. The air conditioner only blows heat. The water in the shower is only lukewarm, but not hot enough. This is not okay considering we have a 3 year old child that gets sick very easily.Spa: shower in the women's department without a door. The water is cold. Half of the cabinets cannot be locked. Sauna and steam bath turned off, no hairdryer and the list goes on. We complained to the spa department but they claimed that we would have to complain to the hotel reception instead! So unprofessional.The hotel receptionist listens, nods, and says they will help but no action was made. When asked, they do not have the most basic amenities such as body lotion and hair conditioner in this supposedly 5 star hotel.Cleaning: we put "signs" on the bed to change the bed linen. The bed linen did not get changed and mysteriously the "sign" for changing the bed linen is now removed from the rooms after the housekeeping had been here.The problem is that it should be a 5 star hotel with top service in the rooms we have since we have booked two suits (907 and 908).Since our complaints are of no use we contact Hotels.com to find out if we can check out and get a refund for our paid hotel stay. The receptionist is also not friendly towards the Hotels.com employee and refer to contact their reservations section on monday (the day we check out!!" .We had hoped to have a good Eid stay but it ends with a very bad experience.If you think it is a 5 star hotel then you should not book here as it corresponds to a maximum of 2 stars. They get the 2 stars for their breakfast buffet.
