    Warm Hospitality at Rox Hotel, Though Noise and Breakfast Disappoint!

    I stayed at Rox Hotel, and overall it was a pleasant experience. The hotel is clean, modern, and the staff are very friendly — especially the team in the restaurant. A big thank you to them for being so kind, welcoming, and always ready to help.There are a few things guests should be aware of, though. First, you can’t really open the window because the traffic outside is extremely loud. I also had to change my room because of a strange sewage smell and a lot of noise. The second room was better — no weird smell — but still noisy due to construction behind the hotel. So if you’re sensitive to noise, definitely bring earplugs.The breakfast was okay, but it needs improvement. The cold starters looked unusual, so I didn’t try them. The cereals section also needs more cleaning — there was quite a bit of dust on top of the lids. I ended up only having boiled eggs. The omelet didn’t look very appealing, and there weren’t many fruits. The coffee from the machine isn’t good, but you can order Turkish coffee for an extra charge, and that one is very tasty.Overall, the staff is wonderful and truly make an effort, but considering the noise, the breakfast quality, and some maintenance issues, I’m not completely sure if it truly feels like a 4-star hotel.Still, it’s clean, friendly, and convenient — just be prepared for some noise and a breakfast that could be improved.

    The moment I arrived at Rox Hotel, Istanbul , I was very welcomed,by very polite staff. There are so welcoming, there hospitality is of high standard, very professional, every good word that's in a Dictornary, the Rox Hotel Staff and Management team are that. The food is of 5 star, the cleanliness of the hotel, the accommodation staff,kitchen staff, receptionists ,doormen, bar staff are so polite, especially Ayse, whom was so good to me at the bar, so polite,kind,honest,genuine and I held her of high esteem.     Lovely hotel clean bedrooms staff are friendly nice relaxing atmosphere food in the restaurant was very good in the evening breakfast was not good shame really but hotel staff work really hard to keep the hotel up to a very good standard all staff work really hard very smart to bottled water in our room every day

    We recently stayed at the Rox Hotel after receiving some treatment and were truly impressed by our experience. The level of care and attention we received was outstanding. Special mention goes to the chef, whose food was not only delicious but also comforting. The cakes and homemade desserts were exceptional, adding a personal touch to every meal.The staff at the Rox Hotel go above and beyond to ensure guests are comfortable and well looked after. They are attentive, kind, and nothing ever seems too much trouble. We felt truly cared for during our stay and would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for exceptional service and hospitality.

    When I first arrived I was hungry it was 8pm so I decided to order some food. The menu is not much to be desired. I asked the young lad behind the bar a few questions about the menu but he didn’t understand me so I thought I’d go for a safe option and order a breaded chicken breast and chips. I asked if I could put it on my room as I hadn’t had chance to change any money yet, he said yes and I went back to my room. The meal came and I ended up having to pay on my card because they couldn’t put it on my room like he said. Well it had only traveled up 4 flights in a lift and it was both cold and over cooked so couldn’t eat that.The hotel is right next to the motorway so I got no sleep. I go for breakfast and there’s a cat walking along the counter top where all the food is so I stuck to cereal as I’m sat eating a cat fight breaks out under my table and I’ve only been here 13hours and can’t wait to leave.
