  The hotel's location is good, but you can't find parking for your car, and the parking lots are super expensive. The staff is good and helpful, but the manager (a woman) is not honest. I called them when I was at the airport, and they gave me a price, but when I drove for an hour and arrived, they changed the price and didn't admit to the phone call. I was forced to pay since I couldn't go somewhere else and start searching again.موقع الفندق جيد، لكن لا يمكنك العثور على موقف لسيارتك، والمواقف غالية جداً. الموظفون جيدون ومتعاونون، لكن المديرة (امرأة) غير صادقة. اتصلت بهم عندما كنت في المطار وأعطوني سعراً، ولكن عندما قدت لمدة ساعة ووصلت، غيروا السعر ولم يعترفوا بالمكالمة الهاتفية. اضطررت للدفع لأنه لم أستطع الذهاب إلى مكان آخر والبدء في البحث مرة أخرى.Otelin konumu iyi, ancak arabanız için park yeri bulamıyorsunuz ve otoparklar çok pahalı. Personel iyi ve yardımsever, ancak müdür (bir kadın) dürüst değil.   Don’t waste your money in this hotel

  This is the worst ever hotel I seen in my life they charge me £100 night plus for stay and don’t get fool by pictures on website I stay there 3 nights with my family me and Mrs and 3 girls My kids and my Mrs were very disturbed because of room conditions wire hanging burned carpet no towels for 5 people they gave 2 towels in 3 day’s breakfast was included but never provided always making excuses Staff smoking in passage smell in room all night And one more thing booking.com with them even I provide full video evidence still booking.com refuses to refund and said we told hotel to improve they quality what about me they said we really sorry you went through this but we can’t refund even I informed them on 1st hour I moved there and told them if they provide another hotel but they purposely delayed and made me stay there When I see price in Turkey people paid 30 pounds and left them bad reviews please don’t waste your money and ruin your holiday Feride ÇETIN, General Manager at Royal Inci Airport Hotel, responded to this review Sayın Misafirimiz,Öncelikle değerli zamanınızı ayırarak otelimizle ilgili geri bildiriminizi paylaştığınız için teşekkür ederiz.   I have arrived at this booking, the room is inadequate, and very dangerous highly hazardous for me and my children to be in I see this as a major safety concern, i will be holding booking.com and hotel responsible for this experience, there are electric wires salotaped hanging everywhere, light fixtures not fixed in, entire room smells of cigarettes, fridge broken with plug hanging, bathroom ceiling tiles missing with sky showing through looking like it is about to collapse, so very dangerous to use bathroom handle broken door not lockable, 1 of my children bed not provided with blanket even after i asked i got no response, it is now past 1am and we can hear awful noise as some buildings work is possibly going on and smoking smell has got worse!!!!! tv not switching off, flys in room , plug for charging above our head near pillow very dangerous can not use plug. I am attaching all pictures and want immediate action for this and our hotel switched to one central to Istanbul blue mosque area this was advertised as near so booked but came here have had no sleep, and it’s nowhere near mosque infact its very far. I am sending all pictures and videos please check properly and action immediately with our hotel changed as this concerns our safety I also want a refund on this booking as booking. com website should never have advertised this without carrying out safety’s checks.   1. At the reception staff was not proffesional, they would not even stand when guest would enter, the put up the sign 9.3 on booking ( which is fake).2. The rooms stink. They are not clean. I requested a non smoking room and both rooms smelled like smoke. Bathrooms were gross and bugs were everywhere! ! The door did not seem secure whatsoever.3. Oh and let’s not forget about the nasty and dirty carpet in the hallway. The mildew smell and humidity in the air.4. No Towels in the bathroom had to ask 3 times and write on WhatsApp and they would still not bring it!5. I paid for breakfast including and they never served, said we are renovating the kitchen but i never saw any working team, or workers renovating, when asked why they are not providing any breakfast they said” talk to managers “ - but I stayed there for 5 night ( as it was not refundable) but never saw or could not talk to manager!6. Window was not closing properly, beds where so hard, that the entire body would hurt in the morning, felt like sleeping in the floor all night!7. No parking, No fridge, no closet, just hanger to hang things on!8. Staff was unprofessional, they would not bother to care about any of our complaints, my room was not cleaned 3 days and they would not bother event to justify!9. I will not recommend this place unless this is a very last resort. The one staff was respectful but all hotel staff are the reason for the poor hygiene of the rooms. I even walked pass a room that had old filthy mattresses stacked almost to the ceiling!10. I am sure that all the positive feedback listed here are a scam as there was nothing, i mean nothing positive about it!

  we booked this hotel because of his good rating, there was free parking space offered and breakfast was as well including.. But at arrival the lobby was a mess and we have told there is no parking, we should park at an parking place close buy which cost extra.. The rooms are a bit smelly, old and not really safe, doors and windows are broken . Entire hotel personal did not wear face masks and nobody offered is sanitizer or measured our temperature.. Later on we find out there is also no breakfast including.. If you are looking for good hotel in Istanbul, this is not what you are looking for.
