    Very Dirty Room – Nothing Like the Photos

    Our stay at this hotel was absolutely unacceptable. The room was in a shocking condition — dirt everywhere, poorly cleaned surfaces, and an overall unhygienic environment. This is completely unacceptable for any hotel.What is even more disappointing is that the room does not resemble the pictures shown on the website at all. The presentation online is misleading and creates a false impression of the actual condition.I have attached photos to document the situation. We feel deceived and cannot recommend this hotel under any circumstances.

    I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. When we arrived, the staff refused to let us check in, claiming our room hadn’t been paid for, even though it had. The cleanliness of the room was terrible—there were hairs on the floor, and the showerhead was broken. We had specifically requested a double bed, but instead, we were given two singles. The staff was unfriendly and seemed uninterested in helping guests. The internet was incredibly slow, making it difficult to get anything done. To top it all off, we had an early departure and were not offered any replacement for the breakfast, not even a simple sandwich. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

    Taksim Hot Residence/Suites is right around the corner from Taksim Square and Park, but unlike the fancier hotels facing onto the crowded, busy Square, this small boutique hotel is tucked away on a super quiet side street where you'll have no clue at night you're in a bustling noisy city of 15 million people. Amazing location!! Proprietors and brothers Amin and Adnan are superior hosts; professional, personable and accommodating. We moved over here from a rather undesirable place in the city, and we couldn't have been more pleased with the excellent value for money; but even more importantly, being treated with kindness and respect. We had a completely different perspective and impression of Istanbul thanks to our experience at this great hidden gem of a hotel.

    Actually I was traveling and Istanbul was my hub. I spent one day in istanbul and I got a very cheap price by booking.comI was lucky to find this hotel as it is near taksim park and just short way to metro station.Also, there is bus shuttle to Ataturk airport and to Sabiha Gokcin airport.... only 3 min. By walk.

    It was a bit difficult to find the location even though it was not my first time in Istanbul. The location is great though, very close to Taksim Square and the airport shuttles.The staff was polite and the check-in process went fast.The big plus is that the hotel is located at the very quiet corner blocking a lot of noise from nearby streets (Istanbul is a very noisy city in my opinion). I had an overnight layover with an early bird flight next morning, so all I was looking for is a quiet place to spend a night, and that hotel was a good inexpensive choice.
