  worst experience ever after in this hotel. I booked when I went they told me it was ok. I went for a walk then they called me on the phone which is not possible because the director does not allow us. Too bad I do not prefer anyone to go to this hotel.

  Although it is a renovated hotel, everything is a great kitsch. The restaurant is small and quite dirty, everything is oily. The cups had traces of dry coffee from the previous days. The cutlery is oily, as are the table mats. The advantage of this hotel is the location. It isn't a choice for a memorable holiday.

  İt's a very good hotel that we enjoyed... Near the Beyazıt, clean and excellent location... Also have low price... We love its breakfast... The Staff is very helpful and cheerful... I strongly recommended this hotel... See u

  We arrived at 3 AM and till 1 Afternoon we didn’t have room because they said is something special in Istambul and everything is full. We’ve booked the room and we slept on the chair in the reception after a long trip is not ok . Next night in the middle of the night someone from reception came over us in the room , he said he knocked at the door and if someone didn’t answered he just came in .we woke up frightened with him in the room . From reception they said very cald and nervous that is normal and he was looking for a charger. I’m sorry but is not normal to do this in a normal place . If you are looking for something safe better give more money then stay here .

  Mixed feelings!

  The hotel is in a very sketchy area, however it was right across the the street from the Grand Bazaar, which was helpful. There are nicer hotels in the area. We asked for a room to accommodate 4 of us and they gave us 2 rooms, which was good. However, in one of the rooms, the entire balcony door was hanging loose from its hinges with cold air blowing in. We were able to push/fix it closed, and drew the curtain so to block out the air. The same room's shower door was completely missing so we had a puddle of water in the restroom after showering. The other room was really great. The staff was very nice when they greeted us in person but I had tried to email them 5 times to confirm our booking and not one person replied so we were actually worried if we even had a room that day. Additionally, the entire hotel smelled of cigarettes. The breakfast on the 5th floor was pretty good. So as you can see, this review has mixed feelings. I think, next time, I would just find another place.
